It's also hit or miss dictated by several environmental factors, and best chemically and biologically dictated.

Stimulation from stims , on the other hand is simple dependence that can could just be mentally toughed out.
 
I believe we've discussed this before... In your case you are technically not considering taking gear in the sense that most people on here do for maximal strength and growth..
You need low dose TRT for normal healthy living as you don't produce enough naturally.... It shouldn't be your wife's decision on whether you have the right to live like every other healthy male on this planet.... I wish she would see this...

Well yeah like I said she is perfectly fine with TRT.. it all depends on what the endo wants to do. I'm hoping when I see him on the 18th of June he'll help me out.. it would be sweet if I can end up going on TRT. I just hope my insurance can cover it that's all! If I have to pay out of pocket do you know how much it would cost me?
 
Also what's a good test level to have? I'm slightly low at 312.. what is your overall test level so I could get an idea of what a good level would be for overall health
 
^^I like how you bold the statements you reference. Makes following your train of thought easier. Right now pre workout is totalis on upper body days if needed as it gives a sick pump.
 
The larger the pump the more the fascia stretch.... Stretch the fascia for greater possibility of size increase

Hi nolys.... The fascia is a dense sheet or broad band of dense irregular connective tissue that supports and surrounds skeletal muscle. As the muscle increases in size due to hypertrophy the fascia can restrict expansion of the muscle tissue. Thats why it is important to stretch the fascia every time a particular muscle group has been exercised by doing stretching exercises. Another thing that can also stretch the fascia is a greater muscle pump than normal, like when taking certain oral AAS...
The more you can free up or loosen the fascia, the more the muscle inside can expand (grow)....
 
Hmm I never considered that a greater pump wouldstretch the fascia more that with no pump. Makes sense though if you have loosened or stretched it then in future it will be easier to expand, sort of like an elastic band that has been overstretched. Thanks for that.

nothin beats good music and a lil hit of some bud to enhance the music as a preworkout.
 
It's a shame it's so difficult to motivate yourself to train when blazed...I wouldn't ever attempt "risky" lifts like squats or deadlifts while stoned, though I've found the couple of times I managed to motivate myself enough to even dick around a little my endurance was way up from when I'm sober! Strange how a depressant that often results in couch-lock can somehow improve workouts.

That being said, I still only use weed for appetite.

fuck no I train differently when I smoke..

first of all, I smoke everyday so I have a tolerance so a lil bit of bud is going to affect me differently than somebody else..

secondly, I take like only one or two little hits from a bowl before I go in, so im not getting blazed just mentally like cool.

and I usually like to do some easier warm up exercises before I go to benching or squatting or deadlifting or whatever to warm the muscles uppp..

I also throw in about 10 minutes of cardio before I go to the bigger compound lifts.. so by the time im doing the more complicated lifts with heavier weights its been about 20 minutes and my high isn't what it was.. now its just energy for me with a little enhanced mental focus and the music sounds a little better. I really wouldn't call that getting "blazed".


but ultimately the music is what does it for me, not the weed at all. without the music I couldn't workout. it would be so boring.

Used to take craze, and hemo rage. They banned craze and changed hemo rage drastically. I have some c4 but lately I just take 150-200 mg of powdered caffeine. Pre workouts are so expensive. I would buy craze if they still had it though, I was in love with that stuff.
 
water intake is also extremely important.....


i'm able to do so much better with running when im drinking a gallon of water a day.......... when my water intake is limited I get cramps while running, but im also running clen at the moment, so that could be the cramps
