^get a room already, you two :D ;)

Yesterday when I got home from work I went on a super long hike up this mountain/hill near my house and exhausted my entire body. It feels good to completely wear yourself out sometimes. I slept well.

I think it was maybe a mile and half hike with my dad but we had to turn around to go pick up my mom from the salon earlier than anticipated
tomorrow we HIKE!

Been riding my bike EVERYWHERE and got a new shiny chrome lowrider. I can practically see my beerbelly disappearing in realtime. Getting into shape. Best friend owns a gym as well, which is where I can workout anytime I want. On his way to my house [onthepimpride] and will arrive shortly.

Sunday 3.6 mile hike with my parents. My dad took a shit in the woods and complained about the dangerous terrain and hills.

Monday I took them to a paved flat bike path with a 5 mile walk planned. 5 minutes into it, my mom got snared in fishing line and fell terribly on her right knee and hands. Now it is funny as fuck when I picture it. We didn't have to go to the ER yesterday or doctor today. Last night her knee was scary looking. She is out of commission for the week.

This morning I ran a 4.6 mile trail alone in 48 minutes. It is much needed after gorging for the past few days.

Going to go for a 3 to 4 miles, but will see how the weather turns out. It just stopped raining and I hope it starts again so I can run in the rain. Would really nice. :)

chest and triceps day: bench press, dumbbell bench press, incline chest flys, decline dumbbell bench, close grip hip press. for tris, fixed pull downs, rope pulls over head, dumbbell over head extensions, skull crushers

Skullcrushers are great for smashing the tri's! Fly's are also, without a doubt the definitive chest-builder. Hands down, far better than any other chest exercise for getting the armor-plate pectorals really protruding out, especially when performing them incline to hit the upper chest really damn well. I love fly's!

Tomorrow is workout day, can't wait. Going to hit the deads hard!

i start to lose now. my mate cancelled our membership. i'm now stuck with the new but relatively shitty equipment in my apartment complex gym. tried to do my back and lat and bicep group.... i don't like relying on poor quality pully machines. it's all i got now, expect a couple of dumbells at home. :(

spent time in the sauna which was nice

I quit the gym in July when I started trail running. If I want to lift like a man, I can go with my husband to his gym which he hasn't been to since he joined 2 months ago. I am happy with my hand weights at home although they have collected dust.

4.6 mile trail run
I like the cooler weather.
