What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

Strenuous uphill hike next to a waterfall. I think the total trip was only like 3 miles, but it felt like more since it was pretty much straight uphill the entire time. Gorgeous, gorgeous hike though. I am pretty beat.
 
three days with cardio straight, each day getting stronger. today did a quick 5kms in under 20 mins and then spent time in a hot as fuck sauna. was reading uni shit during both.
 
I just cleared up a bit n the garden and now i'm off for a bike ride... I think i'll just ride for 1.5hours and see how far I get...
Later on I will take my housemate's dog for a walk... he is a 52kg bull mastiff x great dane, so it's light crdio, but also gives my arms a fair work out maintaining good control of him when he pulls the lead and stuff like that! Gee, I really hope he doesn't poo....

At least a 3 mile trail run. I should find my pedometer.
I rarely exercise Fridays but it is so beautiful out and I didn't do shit yesterday.
 
so far this morning - a good bit of fucking. Will probably continue later in the day, but before this I will be continuing with my 100 pushup challenge, and my 150 dip challenge, when I get a chance when my friend is on the computer or sumat.

this was rubbish, it must have been 30 mins.
tonight 10kms in 55mins
then a bunch of time in the sauna and then spa
during all three activities was reading history stuff
 
I had planned to run the 10K trail this morning but my dog was going mental as soon as we got out of bed.
I rarely resist taking the dog for exercise so I settled for the same 4.6 mile hike with the dog that I did yesterday.
 
shot some hoops yesterday and got some sun on my skin. twas nice, although my ball has warped a little over the winter and it's now a real bitch to dribble.
 
walked on the bike path behind my new place for at least an hour. there are some public tennis courts that i discovered back there too. i have only played tennis a handful of times but I think i'm gonna look for a used tennis racket and give it another try!

tonight

went to body pump in my old and torn cargo shorts, and man it was packed. no spce or weights left. i was near the front too.



and sometime during the workout, probably the lunges


my pants fkn split on me!

not vertically, like in movies, but horizontally, just below my arse and pocket. my arse had a big :| face for about 30 people.
