What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

Rode ten miles last night each way to a concert that was far overcrowded for my liking. Oh well. At least the exercise (and company) was good!

Planning out a list of lifts today:

bent over rows
shin-up dead lifts (I don't fancy the idea of dead lifting from the ground; bad for your back)
curlz 4 da gurlz
overhead exercise ball lifts (front, left and right sides)
 
Biked seven miles to work. Passed up the offer of a car ride home to bike seven miles in the pouring rain that turned into a thunderstorm with lightening which stopped not twenty minutes after I got home.

Made excellent time. :D
 
Biked 2 miles to gym

Crunches
Hanging leg raises
Standing bent over twists

Squats (warmup)
Squats
Leg press
Leg extension
Leg curls
Barbell lunges

Biked 2 miles home
 
rode tree miles, just because, and was wanting to work on my posture - i was able to lay forward onto the handle bars and got in a good sprint for about .7 miles...i need some handle-bar extensions if i am going to keep this up though - hehe
 
11 mile bike ride with my man.. Yesterday we went on a ~5 mile hike with hills. This weekend will be very epic, we are going camping and will be hiking all weekend long <3 my favorite!
 
chest, shoulders and tris

although i hit my usual groups, i've been taking more time with each rep. taking what i've picked up from a series of pump classes i did recently to the heavy weights. hurts much more this way. love it.

oh and my last couple of visits with these groups have ended with a gorgeous 4 x 30 tricep dip sets.
 
10km run in 59 minutes
It's nice to know I can still pull that outta nowhere with no training at all :D

Damnit I am tired now that the endorphins have worn off though....might have an afternoon nap :)

did pushups and crunches when i woke up this morning, and then played basketball for an hour (although i am TERRIBLE at it), and walked home from work. Good exercise day.
