I have errands to do and since it's not scorching outside, I'm going to be riding about 45 miles today, by the time the day is done. Gonna sleep gooooooood tonight!
Went down to the lake at 7:30, but it was sprinkling, the sun was behind the clouds, and the water was warmer than the air; went in up to my thighs and just stood there for 5 minutes, then drove home.
Not sure what's on the agenda for today. It's beautiful out already though, so either a bike ride or a long walk is in order. I'm thinkin' both. Kind of want to go for a hike, but really should take somebody with me for that--And all my "somebody's" are occupied. 8)
Amor, do you utilize more than the bike and elliptical at the gym? I don't know how much either run (for a decent model), but think about the cost of your gym membership over time (and be sure to factor in the gas money and time to get there) and compare it with the cost of owning your own equipment. :)

tomorrow I have a 4.6 miles hike planned after work with a few co-workers.
Gym membership comes with my tuition so it'd be a big waste not to use it. I walk to it 90% of the time so it's not a gas issue. I sometimes use the indoor track and rowing machines as well. But you're question definitely reminds me I really need to start lifting again.![]()
