What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

Ahaha, ...duck? :P (I'm too tired to think, let alone play along.)

Did a lot today. First took both dogs for a short walk/jog around the block. Then took the bigger dog on abouuut a mile walk--She tires easily in the heat. Then I went on a 20 mile bike ride. And then I went on a hike by Niagara Falls, which was apparently around four miles. :P
 
Rode bike to and from the gym, 4 miles total.. Ten minutes on elliptical, ab work.. Today was chest and tricep day as well.
 
^ Be careful not to hurt yourself too much. You could be out of commission if you get injured. /motherly rant

Actually worked out yesterday, made it through two sets of:

free weight press on bench
shoulder presses
plank (30s)
ab curls
leg lifts (abs)

before I was out of energy. hahahahaha. I'm gonna work out before going to a concert tonight. :)
 
Bike 2 miles to gym

Crunches
Leg Raises
Standing bent over twist

Deadlift (warmup)
Deadlift
Cable rows
Lat pulldowns
T-bar rows
T-bar rows (negatives)

Preacher barbell curl (wide)
Preacher barbell curl (close)
Incline dumbbell curls
Concentration curls

Bike 2 miles back home
 
Lately I've been sprinting every time I have to cover some distance. It doesn't take up much time but it gets me sweating and elevates my heart rate for a good ten minutes afterward. I've noticed I've become much more explosive doing running like this versus running for longer periods at a slower rate.
 
Did a little deadlifts

A few lateral raises

Some Rows here and there.

Just another day at the gym :)
