What'd you do to get off your butt today? v. "That's not real exercise!"

Yeahhhh, it never rained. Oh well. Shall get my exercise in tonight at some point, maybe. At the very least, I got in 20 minutes of walking. 8)
 
yesterday: hiked a damn-strenuous climb for 2 hours, swam for an hour in what seemed like high-seas.

today: did a quick 5 mile sprint on my bike... might run later; too cold to swim.
 
60 min spinning class

Odd. The nicer the weather the less I go to the gym. Happened last summer to and so did a 10lb weight gain which is gone now of course :)
 
Did a 20 mile bike ride yesterday. :D (Though technically it was probably about 18.5 miles riding--1.5 combined of walking over bridges. :P)
 
Shadow boxing, hindu pushups, arm exercises with freeweights (don't know the names), plyometrics...
 
Just got back on the training wagon for another half-marathon in September!
Saturday: 5km run
Sunday: 4km
Today: 5km

Feels good man, I love endorphins %)
 
Yes, runners high is one of the best out there imo

Today: washed my car, cleaned the fuck out of it really. I was sweating hard. Then went on a really long walk with my mom.

Tomorrow: long bike ride with the boyfriend

Yesterday I biked about 20 miles. :D

Today I'm fasting, so I walked for about 20 minutes at a quick pace earlier. 8) Yeah, not much, but meh.

swimming in the lake (a lot warmer than I thought it would be, considering it has been in the 40's at night here... actually, the water was perfect!)
