I feel like I'm gonna explode cuz I have to hold all my grief in because I have to be strong, and hard for my mother because she was really close with her brother (ie my uncle) and, her mom died not too long ago too so she feels entirely alone

so I been cutting the gut wrenching pain thru some bomb ass weed 34% Peach Fuss🔥 plus a variety of meds

6mg clonazepam wafers
2.4 grams of gabapentin
75mg hydroxyzine
100mg dimenhydrinate
10-11 bong hits
3 cups of black coffee
Several Marlboros and 7 cigars

Feelin high enough to actually stop disassociating and having derealization episodes thank God

Added 2 more cups of coffee ☕ with 1.2 grams of gabapentin plus another mg of clonazepam feeling numb and floaty which is what I wanted

NGL, I'm not looking forward to the testosterone shot lol. The irony isn't lost in me - one of my basic daily life goals just a few years ago was to - daily - put that fucking needle in me. Now I hate it, have an actual physical response lol. If it doesn't go any better administering this morning, I'm gonna talk to my bupe doctor at my next appointment and the urologist prescribing the testosterone, see if it would be possible for me to get like one valium a week so I'm not such a wreck, hamburgering the insides of my thigh with a big ass needle. Wah wah.

But yeah, y'all stay safe out there. Have a great one.

What kinda negative effects does the testo have? You should propably try gel cause many get headaches and shit from im testo.

No, I mean it's no side effects from the actual test, I'm noticing the beginnings of what I'm sure are going to be great improvements - it's a sort of PTSD to shooting up/handling the syringe. Like last week I was fine getting the needle in but when I started pushing and got that little pain, well, by and large my IV drug career was shooting meth. Dunno if you've ever done that, ever missed, but it is extremely painful. I know it's not that, but it's like my body reacts to that small pain as if to an excruciating meth miss, heartbeat elevates, start shaking, which makes the shot more painful.

It's not enough to make me want to give up the treatment or switch deliveries, it's just something very uncomfortable I have to work through, I guess. My biggest concern is I'm also under treatment for deep vein thrombosis, blood clots in my legs, and I don't want to cause another clot and therefore potential embolism by causing circulatory damage with that fucking needle lol.

The valium thing is probably wishful thinking anyway honestly, maybe if I had a set bupe doctor and not the doc in a box website where I talk to a different MD every month. I'll just have to suck it up, most likely.

My doctor and I discussed the gel, it seems that there are many stipulations regarding its use that make it more ideal for men with very steady schedules? The fucked part is, over here, IM is the waaaay cheaper option, lol. My script, including needles, costs less than $19/month!

I'll talk to him though, peak/trough labs are next week with a follow up the day after Christmas.

Okay, so it went a lot better today. 🙂

Still shitty, still shaky, but I didn't freak out and it didn't hurt near as bad. I think I'm gonna be alright. 👍

Still had to smoke a bowl of OG afterwards to calm the nerves, ya dig? Think I'm gonna take a couple grams with, crumbled, pipe fodder for the walk to see my therapist here in a few. 😉

Feeling a little better today had a few beers last night and let out a good amount of grief

But my mom's still right on the edge of breaking down at any moment even though she's very good at acting fine

Regimen today-

Bout to get 30 floricet in bout 30 mins not gonna go above 100mg butalbital with the klonopin mixed
