Have you tried combining a therapeutic dose of DXM (30 - 60mg) with your bupe to see if it potentiates the "sedation"? It works even better when combined with a teaspoon of BSO 👍

Hey, yeah, I take 30mg dxm about an hour before the bso, which I take a tablespoon of 15 minutes before I take my bupe. It's worked great so far, the last few days I've been noticing however a resurgence in my afternoon pre-wd symptoms, runny nose, yawning, watery eyes, body jerks, etc. When I step down to 10mg bupe on Monday I'm probably going to up the dxm to 50 for a few days. I've also been taking diphenhydramine at night to help sleep, and I posted about using some last night but then forgot and I could tell a huge difference in how long it took to fall asleep.

Honestly that's the part I'm dreading the most, the insomnia when it comes... I've done hardcore opioid withdrawal seven ways from Sunday, but insomnia without methamphetamine is pure fucking torture, and I don't have access to any z-drugs or anything like that, unless I try my own damn doctor lol, and he didn't even want to prescribe the bupe I was already prescribed through a different provider (up front about, of course, I was openly trying to consolidate doctors).

Oh well, I got it tatted on my hand in the event I need this very reminder: C'est la vìe.

Just kicking it around the crib today relaxing after a long fucking week of work.

Doing my normal morning thing.
Got some tunes a tuning, Drinking some iced tea, smoking my cowboy killers and vaping some white truffle oil.
About to also twist up a fatty raw of some flower I got last night that’s fire as fuck. I never caught the name though.

So I just busted open the new bso and wow, on the first pour it's obviously a superior product. Bright, translucent yellow instead of a dark, muddy brown, and the same but a cleaner taste. I still took the same, elevated dose, a tablespoon instead of teaspoon, for reference. If today goes super and I find out I can get by using less, great, if not it still only costs me ten bucks a week. I'm cool with that. 👍

I’m pretty sure I’m not doing shit today besides watching tv and smoking weed. Got another busy week coming up so I’m gonna enjoy the fuck out of today.

schizzo----if iam u..i donna know what to prefer-we ain"t got levpmethadone..only normal diluted with water(i guess1:;8 ratio-form...twice weaker....at the other hand-never tried bupe pill....so hope to choose better option👍:heart3:

how much bupe is 90mg methadone?I guess around 8mg?yes understand---hope stay on methadone in ur case...her lot of people shoot methadone too.....i donna know what they doing..guess evaporate ther water....

Glad I'm off today and tomorrow. Found out one of my jobs is still performing widespread fuckshit with the scheduling, screwed me again next week, so fuck them. I will be finding a new one, likely will have secured one and will be telling them to fuck off the next time I work there this weekend, because that's just the way I roll. 🙂

Cause my fucking country seems to be having a shortage of subutex, hope to be back on bupre soon. Yeah 30mg is low but I dose an extra 10mg at night. So 40mg total for the day. But I can honestly say I don't care much for it, need way too much to get sick free and don't feel like having to deal with methadone tolerance too so keeping dosages low and at 40mg a day I'm basically 70% out it I would guess.

But I get equity methadone which I presume is the shit one but got prescribed 3 500ml bottles. I syarted with 90mg that had me happy (body wise, no wds) but other then that, there is no euphoric or anything nice from it and plus I feel fatigue the whole time.

My regime when starting it was dosing 90mg for 3 days, then drop to 75mg for 3 days and then down to 60mg and then down to 40mg a day. My idea was to saturate the receptors in the beginning cause of the long half life and then work down to a workable dose.

So as soon. As my bupre is back in stocks I will definitely switch over again.. miss the energy rush I get from the bupre.
