What was your morning fix? v. All part of a balanced breakfast

Had a nice long benzo sleep last night and woke up late so this is technically my morning fix...

1mg clonazepam
.5mg buprenorphine
20mg amphetamine salts

Just had a nice work out sesh. Now for a shower, a cup of coffee followed by a meal and a cig.

Yeah I've been sleeping way too late myself lately. Maybe its because I'm staying up too late, but last night though I had one of those sleeps that happen if you take a decent dose of a long acting benzo the night before and you sleep for a really long time, but when you do wake up, you feel so comfortable in your bed because you still have that nice glow of the benzos from the night before. I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about.
 
Just woke up at the hotel and decided to get my morning going...

.5mg alprazolam
200mg tramadol
Split a can of monster w/ my buddy

Smoking a cig, bout to go get coffee and breakfast

300mg 5x potency powdered Valerian root
Cup o' joe (~90mg CAF, dark roast)
250mg L-theanine
40mg citalopram
Dat phatty phatty multivit
Bowl of indica

Baked some hashbrowns in the oven (de-starch'd, they crisp up nice), fried up some veggie sausage, undid mistakes made the night prior vis a vis social media... happy Sunday, everyone.

I been catching a nod off this when I sit down or take a break. I also been feeling my subutex more since I've cut back from 12 mg a day.
 
Day started bad at work, so I had again, a beer with my coffee. I know beer=water but I think I must stop drinking at work even beer. I do it more and more often lately.
