What was your morning fix? v. All part of a balanced breakfast

Coffee.

My goal for this afternoon is to make a couple necessary phone calls, do some cleaning, and either consume the rest of my kratom or just prepare it for tomorrow.
 
I'm so goddamn sleep-deprived. My sleep schedule is screwed up.

It only gets truly dark for about 4 hours now...it's only getting more and more light with every passing day, too. Soon when May and June rolls around, it'll pretty much be light outside 24 hours a day 8(8o8) Living up here is like living in a giant interrogation room....it's like getting pulled out of "the hole" in prison, with the total near 24 hour darkness of winter, and then getting thrown into a interrogation room with harsh fluorescent lights blasting down on you non-stop. That's summer!

I find it significant that this is the only city I've ever lived in where I've had a truly significant drug problem. Sometimes I think there's something not right with the people around here who AREN'T drug addicts. I'm thinking of getting some coffee although I don't know if that'll even help at this point.

Didn't drink that much beer last night which I'm pretty happy about. I hate feeling foggy as hell at work.
 
Kratom, caffeine and soon cannabis and nicotine (spliff). Feeling good!
I have enough kratom left for 1 more dose, i said to myself that i was going to quit after this batch but i'm not quite ready yet. Yesterday i ordered another 50g and it should arrive before the end of the week, it'll be interesting to see if I have some degree of physical dependence or not.
 
I passed out early!! Last night and awoke equally early to a smoke a spliff and drink some beer leftover. I'm not gonna feel the best today after starting out like this, oh well. My life my rules

Haha fuck yah STH! I did the same thing. Felt kinda groggy from last nights temazepam. But nonetheless. America is so fucking stupid about alcohol.
 
I wish I got the same recreational effect from my benzo that I do from alcohol, even if I did though I'd probably still use alcohol, it's easier to quit for me. I can have fun on valium but it takes way too much.

150mcg clonazolam
240mcg etizolam

and so many fucking dabs

Woke up early early, will go back to bed after I get home this afternoon.

I have a date later on tonight that I'm pretty nervous about, it's with an individual who's opinion of me I actually care about (rare for a person in this city!) & I like her so I want her to like me back...I have a single benzodiazepine tablet left (0.5 mgs clonazepam) that I'm thinking of taking in order to take the edge off a bit. Half a milligram is just low enough of a dose that I don't think I need to worry about going into noticeable "Benzo Mode"

My morning fix was ibuprofen, coffee, 350mg soma, and 1.5mg clonazepam. Still very hungover, but it was worth it. I went bar hopping in town with my cousin and had a great time.
