Restoril - sleep/anxiety - 30-120 mg/daily ~ prescribed 30 mg for sleep as needed
Ambien - sleep - Mostly for when I run out of benzos... 10-20 mg ~ prescribed 10 mg for sleep as needed
Tramadol - pain? - 50- 200 mg/sometimes part of my daily cocktail ~ prescribed 50 mg/4hrs as needed
Suboxone - opioid dependance - 8-16 mg/daily ~ prescribed 24 mg/daily
and quite a few others that i never take...

my doctor isn't the smartest guy on the planet...
