What opiate gives you the best NOD.

you tell them that the last time you were in the hospital they administered morphine, which didnt work, so they decided to try oxycodone, which provided much better pain relief. don't be afraid to be honest with your doctors, in the worst case scenerio talking about leaving AMA becayse you're in too much pain can snap an especially bitchy nurse out of it, or requesting to speak directly with your doctor can do the trick. doctors are more willing to prescribe pain meds, nurses tend to be under the impression everyone who walks through that door is a dope fiend.

best nod for me is heroin with a small dose of valium or klonopin, and some headie buds on the side.
 
A lot oxy and pinch of benzo's (midazolam or alprazolam pref) - realistic. But if I had my druthers I'd take a high dose of professionally adminestered IV morphine with ativan any day of the week - nothing beats IV morphine imo.

I was in for an outpatient procedure & they shot me up with Levorphanol, hot damn, talk about euphoric & nodding, ive never experienced anything like it & it took away the pain for 7 to 8 hours & it lasted more than any other opiate ive ever tried. (never tried heroin or fentanyl)

Cant imagine doing Levorphanol & not having any pain, wow!
 
I don't shoot heroin only smoke it, so i find poppy seed tea with benzos and weed give me the best nod

However two weeks ago i was in India smoking around a gram of afghan brown and 500mgs of tramadol a day and it gave me a great nod when i was sitting in my hotel but also stimulated me when i was out talking and socialising, damn i love opiates!

A good dose of methadone and a 2 mg bar a Xanax gives me a nod from Heaven. My mouth is watering just thinking about it in about 8 hours I will be in heaven!
 
heroin deffinetly is a more intense nod for me. but i prefer the oxy nod any day if i have the money. when i nod on heroin i tend to forget the whole night and its no fun not remembering anything. but the nod off oxy isnt as intense so i sometimes smoke some weed to get it going. weed an oxy are match made in heaven. not to mention i love the itches i get off oc.
 
Please be careful with those combinations! I'm sure you've heard of the dangers associated with mixing these downers but I felt the need to express them anyways. What sort of dosages do you use to reach a good nod? Specifically with the heroin and xanax? Also what is your tolerance like?
 
This thread is starting to annoy me....when you go into a deep nod, you're not aware of what's going on anyway, it's like fading in and out of consciousness, so how can you really rate that? If you take enough strong opiates, you go into "nodding out"....It makes more sense to talk about what opiate "high" you prefer, which is also subjective and can change from day to day for individual users using the same drug....

There's certain drugs that people are mentioning that require high doses to even achieve a nod.....

Also, I get the impression that a lot of people haven't even tried a wide enough variety of opiates to really give an informed opinion.....

I've seen a lot of people on a lot of opiates and used a lot myself, and hands down, heroin makes people nod harder for longer more consistently than just about anything else, so anybody that says heroin doesn't make them nod-out has probably only done garbage heroin a couple times....

I have yet to see a pill user that heroin didn't work for, in fact, quite the opposite....most pill users get dangerously fucked up from even mediocre H....

what I have seen is oxy and hydromorphone etc. users that try heroin is.....their expectations are way too high from heroin....If you have a massive pill habit and only snort 50 mgs of heroin, it probably won't do all that much to you....and if you live in an area where heroin is rare, it's probably being way over-priced and stepped on...

If you live in an area where heroin is plentiful, like the north-east US, and you got your hands on a gram or a few bundles of decent H, you'd realize immediately that it blows most pills out of the water for price, potency and duration.....Oxymorphone, hydromorphone and oxycodone are really the only common opiates I've tried that I would say could go toe to toe with heroin(there's a few others too), but theyre so expensive per mg it's impractical...

Still, a nod is a nod, and in a deep nod, you're not cognizant of what's going on anyway.....so how can you really rate that?

also, if you take enough of any opiate to the point that you keep nodding out and you literally can't keep your eyes open, that's a good sign you're close to ODing and going into a permanent nod! Throw benzos on top of it and you're just asking for death....I like being high, but I like to be aware of what's going on so I can actually enjoy it, and thats what it makes it so dangerous...It's a fine line

I beg to differ. I've gotten nods from bupe but there was no euphoria. the morphine types give me more dream like nods where I begin dreaming while nodding while the codeine types have me mentally nodding but it doesn't feel like my body is deadweight. fentanyl gives me hard fucking nods, body feels like deadweight, completely useless, and I feel no euphoria. dilaudid gives me a different nod after a shot, strong body sensation with a lot of euphoria. though heroin is by far the best. 10/10 for me. 10/10 euphoria 8/10 body high, dreamy nod at 10/10, no wonder why I'd choose a jab/bundle/gram over any pharmaceutical opi. its ride the "horse" and get "smacked" or go home.
 
I guess, if you're still aware that you're nodding you could compare the nods, but if you're so fucked up to the point that you just keep nodding out no matter what, it's hard to really remember what was going on while you were nodding.....I've had periods when I was getting really potent H that I have trouble remembering because I was in and out of consciousness most of the time....Sadly, I have months and years I have trouble recalling...

when I was on high dose methadone I could nod out any time I sat down really, not much euphoria there, but I really only remember coming out of the nod, looking at the clock and realizing I had been nodded out for 45 minutes....what I felt like during that 45 minutes I don't remember, that's my point....

If you take just enough that you can nod out here and there, but you're still aware of what's going on, thats one thing, but if you're to the point that no matter how hard you try you can't keep your head up and your eyes open it kind of sucks...

In a lot of ways, getting high on opiates, as good as it feels, is kind of boring if you really look at it....If you do it in conjunction with other life activities in moderation, thats one thing, but if you sit there every night nodding out with your mouth open drooling on yourself...well, there's more exciting drugs....
 
i'm nodding my face off right now, and it's straight up because of opana. i'm a daily oxycodone user (30mg roxys) and IR oxymorphone makes me nod/feel amazing like no other opiate. i have a connect right now selling 10mg opana ir for the same price as 30mg roxys, and i've been doing the pandas.
