I like to think I'm in decent shape given my drug (ab)use and arthritis/cartillage problems in both knees. I can't run anymore so my legs are scrawny (and laughably swollen today), but my upper body is not too shabby. It's shocking when compared to how it looked in the past, I was a marathon/endurance runner and weightlifter, I started at the gym just a little too young, as in 10 years old, but could chest press 60kg freely, which is both more than I can now and more than I currently weigh! My BMI is around 18.5/19, but the fact I'm a short-arse skews it.
How does being short skew BMI?
