Kimchi - I make giant batches of it, and it is pretty light and tasty so I eat it all the time. It's got lots of healthy bacteria to help with digestion

You should totally try this with sunbutter. :Dmy favorite healthy snack now is celery, with peanut butter and raisins. my mom used to make it for me when i was a kid, and called it ''ants on a log''.
it takes a little time to make a plate full, so thats the one downside when i'm realllyyyy hungry.
how do u make it? I know what it is.. I'm guessing that it involves a process to make it safe to eat.
A good way to cut down on how much you munch on is to get shelled nuts and pomegranates (for example). It seems to me the more effort it takes me to open a snack the less likely I'll just mindlessly keep grabbing more. You're more aware of what you're eating and it takes more time to actually eat the food thus cutting down on the amount. Just a tip from personal experience.
^ There was actually a study done on the impact of eating shelled versus unshelled nuts, and yeah, having the person open the nut themselves, and then leaving the shell around, made them eat less than those who had to open the nut themselves and throw away the shell right away or those who had nuts without the shell. So, get the ones in the shell, and keep the shells around 'til you're done eatin'!![]()
I say bbq chips are pretty good when i have the munchies.. what does everyone else like? :D
