What is your favorite HEALTHY munchie food?

I'm gonna have to try a banana heart we ALWAYS have bananas-I would say that is one of my staple foods
 
My regular "munchie" (basically daily) is about 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped, blend in a raw egg yolk (to add extra body) and toss in some berries (frozen blueberries at this time of the year). It's delicious =D.
 
I actually just prefer fresh fruit if I'm going in the healthy direction. If I have a good selection going I throw them in a bowl together and make a fruit salad :)
 
my fav healthy munchie food is celery stalks dipped in hummus or blue cheese dressing. also i dig bananas, green apples, cliff bar nectar bars, and boiled eggs.

mmmmmm, munchie foods.
 
Can't beat a couple handfuls of almonds for me. Then again, I'm the son of a farmer and I get 50 lb boxes for free %)

However, my favorite unhealthy munchie food is whatever I have in the fridge at the time! Doesn't matter when I'm stoned everything tastes good.
 
^^ Rice cakes are fun to eat - I lke trying to eat each little bubble separately.

I looove a greek salad with lots of dark green and purple lettuce (baby spinach leaves - yuuum), cherry tomatoes, a low fat greek dressing (very vinegary) and fetta cheese - maybe some olives thrown in as well. I save all the fetta cheese til the end and then eat it covered with the greek dressing - yuuum!
 
My fiance just came home with not one but two bags of organic fuji apples I'm SO happy!!

I think any fruit is good munchie food. Someone had mentioned fruit salad, I like to cut up a bunch of fruit (whatever kind) drizzle a little honey then top it off with some unsalted almonds =D Delicious!!
 
Chappatis, Persian flat breads like sangack, lavash etc. or pitas dipped in any kind of tasty paste or hummus or spread sort of trip.
 
for some reason i have a huge sweet tooth. But its not for candies or shit like that its weird. Its for fruit or flavored yogurt. I eat prolly ten sour green apples a week and about 15 of those yoplait fruit yogurts a week. I hate chocolate but love fruity shit. And salads are the shit as well. So much more taste.
 
organic peanut butter (usually make pb n j's when im stoned, org peanut butter + organic pomegranate/cherry/rasberry/etc jelly + org whole wheat bread)

prunes, dried cranberries, raisins, etc - dried fibrous fruits

organic beef jerky

carrots + hummus

local eggs fried in coconut oil with a bit of salt. no need for any other flavoring imo

apple
mochi
toast
crackers
more almond butter

...soooo good.
