What is your favorite HEALTHY munchie food?

Fruit smoothies!! Jamba juice was awesome when I lived in Cali!! If you get a large Jamba Juice smoothy after smoking weed this will totally eliminate your munchies. Even if the munchies isn't drug induced, it still tastes good and its good for ya.
 
Chocolate is healthy in moderation, right? Few squares of dark chocolate & a glass of whole milk is great. Not something that really satisfies a fierce case of the munchies though.

Lately I've been digging "honey roasted" nuts. Celery & peanut butter's a winner as well. Fuck smooth peanut butter, too. Gotta be extra crunchy.
 
Raw almonds - no doubt. OR homemade granola (eat it twice a day - it has flax, hemp seed, wheat germ, old fashioned steeled oats, cinnamon, honey, etc. MMM). Ahh, and pistachios (though I DO prefer salted - oh well, it's not like that's REALLY too bad at all so...).
 
I love popsicles when your high. I get the munchies soooo bad when I take opiates, especially when I blaze with them. SO I try to eat popsicles, it sbasically flavored water. But if you can afford them get the pomegranite fruit bars, they have anti-oxidents and alot of other vitamins that fruits have, plus pomegaranites are deliciouse. I have a problem with eating at night before I go to bed, which is not good because your metabolism does not work as hard, thus more fat is stored, than calories burned. BUT I am pretty muscular so I can just sit on my ass and burn calories. Too bad the peope who look ripped cause they have no body fat still dont burn as much caliroies as I do cause I have a more thick like buffness, rather than a ripped look, which is what I want but my body just keeps getting bulkier the more I lift weights, so I try to do alot of basketball for cardio, screw running! lift weights 2-3 times a week, and get in an hour or two of basketball, or biking, soccer, etc. do cardio everyday, like abs ad no atter how you eat it will even out, but your arteries might not be s clean when you ate greasy fatty foods, even though you work out, diet has alot to do with health also.

Sesame Snaps! These are damn good. Also things like a jar of good honey with greek yogurt. Maybe a kiwi. If i've caught abit of 'second hand smoke' i like to collapse into bed with a large bunch of grapes! It's the ONLY thing i eat in bed.

- Beef Jerkey (I like Teriyaki best =D)

Does anybody know a good site to order better, cheaper jerkey in the U.S.? My old neighbor use to order jerkey in bulk and it was delicious. I never got the name of it before he moved but I remember him saying it was cheaper to order online. I'm sick of the supermarket jerkeys and the local meat shoppe's jerkey is too spicy for me.

Go to your local South African butcher and ask for some Biltong. It's the shiznizz.



I normally opt for a raw carrot or a stick of celery.
 
I can easily eat a kg of raw carrots a day (the type that are small, scraped and refrigerated).. It doesn't digest too well though :)

I also like beef jerky, I haven't had it in ages though. Has anyone tried to make their own in a dehydrator? You can make some prime stuff that way.
 
Well shop around, I have one that I know of in a large enough city. It's the well worth the hunt :)
 
something sweet/refreshing....fruit! grapefruit! or something Cacao bean related sounds good...

Im against junk food, i've ingested too much for my own good in times of munchy madness
