I love popsicles when your high. I get the munchies soooo bad when I take opiates, especially when I blaze with them. SO I try to eat popsicles, it sbasically flavored water. But if you can afford them get the pomegranite fruit bars, they have anti-oxidents and alot of other vitamins that fruits have, plus pomegaranites are deliciouse. I have a problem with eating at night before I go to bed, which is not good because your metabolism does not work as hard, thus more fat is stored, than calories burned. BUT I am pretty muscular so I can just sit on my ass and burn calories. Too bad the peope who look ripped cause they have no body fat still dont burn as much caliroies as I do cause I have a more thick like buffness, rather than a ripped look, which is what I want but my body just keeps getting bulkier the more I lift weights, so I try to do alot of basketball for cardio, screw running! lift weights 2-3 times a week, and get in an hour or two of basketball, or biking, soccer, etc. do cardio everyday, like abs ad no atter how you eat it will even out, but your arteries might not be s clean when you ate greasy fatty foods, even though you work out, diet has alot to do with health also.
