I'm guessing what he was talking about is the pharmas in my stash. There's a fair few dodgy countries like Serbia, Mexico, Peru, India, Pakistan where you can buy a lot of pharmas OTC. Most of the legit benzos sold on the streets of the UK nowadays come from Serbia, India, or Pakistan for example.
Usually benzos are easy to get in such countries, and if you find dodgy vets you can get ketamine and barbs too, but opiates tend to be difficult as they're more strictly controlled even in dodgy countries. Like Mexico used to have pharmacies selling OTC oxy, not so anymore from what I've heard, but benzos are apparently pretty easy to get off a dodgy pharmacist.
Then again you don't even necessarily have to go to super dodgy countries if you know the right people either. I get oxy 80's that come from Italy. Lots of corruption over there, probably some Mafia owned pharma wholesaler dishing the shit out. Not even joking that kind of stuff does happen when it comes to shit like oxy. Organised crime gangs see pharmas as big business.
Anyway point is there's many dodgy countries where you can get pharmas easily. To get strong opiates you need to have connections usually. But benzos and such are often easy to get off any crooked pharmacist. It's even happened in the UK a few times, pharmacists have been caught selling benzos and occasionally opiates OTC. One undercover reporter bought a huge bottle of Oramorph and a few boxes of Valium off a dodgy pharmacy. Wish I had connections like that mate...
Then again I also know in the UK anyone with money and connections can pay a dodgy private doctor to prescribe anything within reason anyway. But you need serious money to go that route. It's how rich celebrities, politicians, etc get their shit. Private medicine is loosely regulated over here for this reason. It's used by those in power or wealthy and not accessible to the general public so they just let it go on.
One class of drug I am unsure about internationally is the amphetamine though. Prescription amphetamine seems pretty hard to get in most of the world, often you are limited only to Ritalin and that's it. I know this is true in India and other Asian countries for example. Whereas in the US it is very easy to get Adderall and Vyvanse, and in the UK easy if you have money for a private ADHD specialist to get Amfexa or Vyvanse no problem. I think Vyvanse is becoming more easily available around the world but not IR amphetamine, that's something that remains difficult to obtain in pharma form in most countries.
Even in the UK where getting a script is really not too difficult if you spend a few hundred quid, there are under 50,000 scripts in the entire country and the black market price is fucking crazy.
