What Drug is your City known for?

austin, tx - i live 15 minutes outside the city itself and here there's LOADS of really, amazingly, awesome, good buds and some methamphetamine. other then that, if you're like me and have other tastes in mind, you're pretty screwed.
 
round my parts we got real prime weed round harvest time (upstate, ny)
theres coke and pharms everywhere too. Decent L. No H or X.
 
H is everywhere on the east coast.

Been hearing about some great (even better than before) Crystal coming around, weed as always, MDMA pills are seeming to show up more, and coke is still around.
 
Cannabis and more cannabis. Though I think people here have done it all. But I never hanged in those crowds when I was younger and still only know a few people who do so I can't say for sure.
 
Bochum, Germany - mostly famous for beer. Heroin and flunitrazepam is easiest to obtain when you don't have connections. Since the Netherlands are close, Weed is very prevalent. The only drugs I haven't seen around here are crack and meth.

Gainesville, Fl
Shitton of weed, especially in the smaller towns around it. I know a bunch of kids that trip with DXM really often. I have a contact that gets *really* good (probably completely pure -- Couldn't feel it at all with my SSRIs in effect) Molly. Used to be "The shroom capital of the world." They're still around, but I wouldn't go that far. My guy gets hallucinogens a lot from nearby cities -- For example he has Ketamine and 4-AcO-DMT right now and he used to be the "main supplier" of acid for Gainesville (didn't know him then) but we've been dry for months. Interestingly enough, I haven't met anyone with heroin connections, though there's coke in good supply, and a certain workplace (mine) goes crazy for Adderall.

Rambled a bit, but once you get into the scene, everything gets easy to find -- except some of the harder non-psychedelics.

Cheese, cheddar, "the cheds" = cocaine, at least in the South Eastern USA, not sure about Dallas though.

I'll go past the few cities I'm really familiar with, and just make a generalization about the South(east) - prescription painkillers. They're really popular from the oldest of the old folks to middle schoolers, and seem to be taking some steam away from meth. I've actually seen people go from being meth addicts to being addicted to painkillers and eventually losing interest in meth.

There is also "cheese heroin," which is a combination of heroin and diphenhydramine (sourcel). Tylenol PM (acetaminophen and diphenhydramine) is the common OTC med used with black tar heroin to make "cheese." I think that it was really hyped up in the news though, and have heard that "cheese" is far less common than it was made out to be.

that's sort of how i went. i've only used a minute amount of meth once in almost 2 years. i was addicted to my painkillers before i quit meth; it was my doc for a few year before i finally found a connection for oxy and morphine and then started getting my own scripts. i am however trying my best to keep my oxy abuse minimal to nothing for a while.

my town isn't known for anything in particular but it's exceptionally easy to find weed, speed, "ecstasy" pills, pain killers, acid, and G is starting to make a insurgence. there's a decent menu though i never hear of people using RC's. my friend is starting to get an interest and is asking me about a few things, wanting to try something with me which is cool.
 
hey im from stamford ct . been bootin boy for damn near twenty years. i live in stmfrd but say im from b-po. that town had everything except pscchadelics. but mainly crack and dope. cheap too. in the shithole i now reside in now its mainly crack and benzos with a smattering of diesel. and then the prices for that are ridiculous. people just take the metro north to fordham in the bronx come back to stamford and sell <snip> dollar bags for <snip> bucks. WtF. ANY ONE ELSE HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCES?

METH and WEEEEEED haha. You either do meth or smoke weed...theres more potheads than meth users though.
I happen to be a fan of both but meth is my favorite:) like 2 years ago it was all about E tho..everyone was doing E
but now its kinda rare unless going to a rave

If you're talking about dope, then yes, yes that's exactly how it works. It sucks, but every dealer I know does the same thing; they make the trip to NY and then come back here to sell the bags at an inflated price.
