I believe there is a fairly big heroin problem kn Liverpool, at least that what I was led to believe. It doesnt seem to really be like that in the UK, apart from small pockets of areas with particular problems. Like this small town a couple miles from where I used to live had the highest heroin use per capita in the country for a period of time. It was quite apparent actually.
In the south east where I was living, Ketamine use exploded in the past few years, especially where I lived, every fucker was on it at every party you went to, and more and more at raves too.

It really depends on where you go in Seattle, the ravers and partiers love their meth filled ecstasy and the people up on Capitol Hill love to smoke it, Ive always heard H was shitty around here and Ive only seen it a few times

Certain Texas city- Downers, opiates, and benzos. It's almost impossible to see psychedelics or pure MDMA around here.

Miami, FL:
1- Weed (All kinds, colors, scents and shapes!)
2- Cocaine (DUH...It's Miami bro.)
3- Pharmaceuticals (mostly Oxys/Roxys, Xanax, Percocet, Vicodin...)
4- Crack (I know it's the same as coke, but u know how it goes...Downtown Miami/Overtown/Liberty City.Opa Locka is friggin flooded with the hard)
5- Heroin (I wish it were up farther on the list..but sadly, it's not. However, there's some REALLY good dope around. Just need to know where to go. Mostly Colombian brown powder and VEEEERY seldomly we'll get beautiful Southeast Asian dope).
6- Ecstasy (lots of clubs here so it's just obvious E would be everywhere, especially in South Beach. I've even heard of some of them being actually produced in make shift labs here in Miami Beach. But most pills still come from Western Europe)
I'm also Brazilian, from the biggest city there, so here we go:
Sao Paulo, SP, Brasil:
1- Weed (EVERYBODY in "SamPa" smokes weed...mostly very cheap weed originated from Paraguay. Interestingly enough, hydroponic shit is sort of hard to come by. However, it is currently becoming easier to get)
2- Cocaine (very good Bolivian/Peruvian and somewhat cheap shit for about U$8 for a gram is EVERYWHERE in the "Bocas" (drug spots in Brazil)....For more uncut/prime shit, usually Colombian u need to kinda know where to go - most college students will have one of those contacts)
3- Crack (SamPa is known for being the place where the Brazilian crack epidemic started in, and it's still VERY rampant).
4- Oxi / "Oxidado" (Insanely cheap, harmful and POTENT cocaine byproduct, mostly the shit they scrape from the bottom of the barrels of cocaine. Mixed/cut with crushed cement bricks and kerosene. Extremely cheap, about U$1.50-2.00 for a gram, and mostly used by street people.)
5- Hallucinogens (LSD & Ecstasy used by clubbers, ravers and college people. There are LOTS of raves in and around the country side, some REALLY cool parties and the girls are amazingly hot...)
6- Glue (usually huffed in a paper bag by street kids to forget their problems and the cold weather in the winter)
7- Pharmaceuticals (Brazilians often grow up with the notion of being proud of NOT being addicted to meds like other Western societies, however, what most of them don't understand is that Brazil is the 2nd largest, after the US, consumer of narcotic pharms! Most middle-aged housewives and middle to upper classed people will always have some sort of downer, called "calmante", in their medicine cabinets! Mostly Lorazepam & Klonopin)

I just asked a group of buddies about what this small town is known for and they all immediately said in unison "weed and meth."
brighton, england. we have the highest rate of heroin ods in europe. so ether the shit is pretty strong or the junkies are pretty dumb. other than that weed is always stinky cro but its like 0.8g/0.7g for *no prices* which is ridiculous i'm sure you'll agree. mdma is pretty strong an *no prices* a g. ketamine is very popular among the hippy types living in squats (theres a lot) *no prices* a g. coke is abundant but never high quality *no prices* a g. 2cb fairly common an good *no prices* a pill.

Meth and Alcohol haha - Colorado Springs has plenty of weed too, but where in colorado can you NOT find weed haha - even in places up north known for being extremly "Christian" you can find a few half-O's easy.
Meth is a very dangerous and destructive drug. It ruins families, lives, and innocent peoples lives when they are attacked by meth heads, esspecialy when violence and weapons are used (which are alot of times) - Im just glad its not too rampant that I experiance users of it everyday, but it only takes one bad night, or a wrong turn for your life to end at the hands of these monsters. Moderation is key kids, never forget that SWIY is always having a worse day on meth.

San Fernando Valley, CA (aka "The Valley"), which is a suburb of Los Angeles
Weed. We are known as San Fernamsterdam due to the huge number of cannabis dispensaries around. People drive from Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, West LA/Santa Monica, and San Gabriel Valley, even San Bernardino, just to come to the dispensaries here, even though most of those places have dispensaries of their own. They say the Valley has the best weed in the world, and I agree. Weed and weed smokers here are so common that there are more people smoking than drinking at kickbacks. It's considered "weird" if you don't smoke but do other drugs. The good think about the availability of really good weed is keeping kids away from dope/meth.
To be honest, you can find any drug here, for cheap. My circle of friends happens to have no tweakers/junkies, so I thought only weed/MDMA/LSD/shrooms were common, but when I spent 2 nights in jail for a felony charge until I posted bail, they were all drug addicts/ex-addicts/wife beaters, which was a relief because I was expecting rapists and killers, maybe I got lucky with the timing. I never knew about dope sickness until last year lol. I was like "fuck I hope this guy doesn't get me sick, that's the worst flu I've seen." He was coming off a $150-200+ daily black tar IV habit. Most of the people there had kicked IV heroin, messed with coke, and most of them still do meth, despite now "being clean." I met this 50 year old burnout that was picked up for coke, he had been doing coke/crack since he was 18. Fuckkkkk he was burned out, looked like he was 65-70, turned me away from ever trying stimulants.
The coolest guy there was my age, blonde kid with an British accent, 20, and was there for heroin poss. He had stayed clean for 3 weeks, had a bad day so he bought some dope and a rig, and proceeded to nod out and pass out in his car parked by a rec. park, needle in arm. First, people thought he was dead, so ambulance was called, then they saw the needle and called the cops. He didn't know how/why his jeans were replaced with jail pants, someone said it might have had blood on it, from the needle? Anyways, if you're out there, I hope you're still clean, dude. He was thinking about going on subs before his relapse.

and it's way wayyyy too fire that's also the problem. don't get me wrong, there's still bullshit sold a lot around here but it's more prevalent in smaller towns etc., such as southeast KS/southwest/western KS, I've ventured some of southeast and northeast missouri but that's really it it's all the same though lots of dope and loots of crack in the areas of MO that are outside of KCMO, like how they go extra hard in Independence but everyone knows that.
