i just got a job as a garbage man a week ago..woohoo
pays good money so im not complaining

just wondering a girls perspective on a garbage man? Some say good cause they lift a lot and are active.
Some say the exact opposite and say gross a garbage man? no thanks.

what your honest opinions? If you saw a good looking garbage man, would the job matter?

Honestly I wouldn't really care so long as he, you know, takes a shower when he gets home :\
If I remember correctly though you're about my age and it's not as if girls at my age are predominantly looking for men who will 'support' them so you shouldn't worry about that :)

i havent seen badlands

i make 10/hr right now, and like 30-40 hours a week. and i get to jump off the truck while its moving =D

and i actually rather girls like you lysis, cause they seem to be nicer and more trustworthy. not trying to make a pass at you lol

Yes, I was joking. And I retract what I said. I've made almost 16/h in the past. $10 is less than min wage here in Canade. You're probably not big enough to fill me proper anyways. Bye stinky man
 
$10/hour is pretty good at 17. At 18 I was making like $8/hour as a secretary. Doesn't mean the person isn't ambitious and intelligent. You gotta start somewhere.

My aunt was married to the garbage man who was an exec so it doesn't mean much. :)

just keep trying to move up...gotta chase the $ =D

yeah trash has a good route to move up..you keep getting raises till they take you off the truck and put you in the office. i dont plan on being there till im like 30 though..hopefully chasing a career in the military.

but exactly gotta start somewhere. Nobody will hire you for big money per hour if you have no experience

im only doing what im doin now, cause ive seen what drugs made me..i could have so much money saved right now but i have 0. all spent on drugs.
im trying to make myself better, only because ive seen me at my worst. im only 17, but i think i have a pretty good understanding of myself. And understanding yourself is the only way your gonna figure out what to do with yourself
 
Nowadays decent entry level wages are hard to come by. A lot of retail or fast food only pay minimum wage and not generous with raises. So you're doing pretty well considering you're starting at the bottom of the totem pole.

It's inevitable running into somewhat shallow people and that's their loss. Be like Tony Soprano and tell people you're in waste management.

its not gonna change work, i was just wondering what to expect haha. I just always see girls on my route and was wondering if it was worth my time to try and grab some digits on the way by =D
