What do you see???

My visuals on LSD always contain the typical fractal like swirling and moving patterns that overlay everything, the moving of objects that normally stand still, the breathing and swirling of walls and objects, intensified colours and neon colours on everything. Extreme tracers will appear and everything will leave after images, that are often very colourful too. The patterns, geometrical, often fractal, occasionally kaleidoscopic are always the most noticable visuals. Increasing the dose will make the number of these visuals higher and make less of reality visible, on a low dose I can more clearly see what I'm actually looking at, at a really high dose I can barely see where I even am.

Then there's a second thing to the visuals, often noticed withín the patterns but occasionally without as well, and these are 'images' within the patterns, likes faces, eyes, hands, bones, skulls, cats and most commonly tiny black people. They appear in everything, in the patterns, trees, walls, floor, clowds.. they're like semi realistic, like you clearly see that they are in fact tiny black people / faces/ cats / bones but they look visual-ish, with neon and black and often 2 dimentional. This is common in all my trips and good examples are seeing floating people in clowds, moving cat heads who's eyes together form a neon pattern in the ground, people in the trees, walls and grass, faces in the sand.. all surrounded by the multicolour patterns that are most typical for LSD.

So basically, its not like seeing things that really aren't there, but its seeing concrete imagery ín the visuals, so you can still easily see they're visuals but there are some real images in there.

Thats my attempt to describe my visuals (open eyed that is, closed eyed is even weirder, and more difficult to describe). Edit: I forgot one; when you thínk you hear or see something, you will hear / see it until you realise it isn't happening at all, which can be rather odd. I also saw people dissappear in to the patterning visuals on very high doses a few times and when I'm tripping really hard things will morph and move into other things and I'll never be able to tell which they originally were. Interesting stuff; only happens on rather high doses though.

This is a sum-up of 32 LSD trips I had, from low to seriously high doses and most people I know experience very similair visuals to mine.

Thats pretty much exactly what I see under the influence of LSD...well put =D

+1 from me (about 15-20 trips under my belt)

also; BATS!

and "hm... time runs backward now. how unimportant, i'll rather go back to the 5-dimensional maze/spiral/typewriter-thing that represents all existence, i've got work to do there."

Reminds me of one of our group's quotes from a doof way back "If you're not a scientist, what DO you do?"

I've seen lots of stuff... cbf explaining all so i'll just list some acid stuff

One trip where I only took one tab where I was very impressed with the visuals, I saw

snakes come out of a dark area of my background, hundreds of them...then they would disappear.
spaceships...
clouds collasping / sky falling. eek! looked very cool.
the grass form up to create people spinning aruond in a circle doing some kind of ancient ritual, i was sitting down and this was about a metre up from the ground lol

I ALWAYS get lots of faces/spirit type stuff when I trip on LSD, and lately lots of alex grey artwork style visuals.

the usual melting/morphing, transparent layers doing cool shit in front of everything. looking at people and their faces doing all kinds of weird shit is hilarious. one time i was tripping and everyone started growing elf ears + the melting/morphing. lol.

on two sugarcubes virgin mary and jesus appeared out of nowhere in my bedroom lol.

qft. i've had plenty of wonderful happy trips that had some crazy "scary" visual hallucinations (blood, explosions, cops etc) but my worst bad trips involved me believing that the universe was quickly coming to an end and it is my fault. these bad trips are the worst because the visuals are NOT intensely hallucinogenic-- i was convinced that i had made a fatal error in the fabric of time (like nick cage in "Next") and i was to blame for the imminent death of everyone i held dear. it was emotionally traumatizing to think that i was going to die and be judged for the mortal sin of destroying the universe.

the second time this happened to me, i was having a deja vu (or maybe the other way around-- the first trip was a premonition of the second one) of the same feeling. i believed that somehow when i sobered up from the first trip i was cast into an alternate dimension in which time was not passing in the "real world" and when i revisited the "real world" by tripping again, i was thrust right back into a collapsing universe from a year before. scary-ass shit and i hope nobody ever has to feel that way.

of course, if this ever happens to you, just close your eyes and laugh in the face of death, god, and everyone. you must trust that the universe will continue on just fine without you looking at it (like playing peek-a-boo with a baby... WHERE DID YOU GO WHEN I CLOSED MY EYES?!?!)

Sounds exactly like my smoked salvia trips.

Tip: Don't smoke salvia, the salvia goddess doesn't like it. That's why it's nearly impossible to enjoy salvia smoked, people have good trips when taking it the way the indigenous people did. Orally, sublingually.

I've had the fractal effect on LSD too, especially medium-high doses.

It's not concrete at all though, it's like whenever I stare at something....no matter what it is it turns into a fractal and the whole outside universe seems to be pulled into it.

And I feel dissociated the more I 'focus in" to the fractal to the point where I snap outta it cause it felt like I was going too deep lol.

Yea watching peoples faces morph is hilarious, anyone who has taken a decent dose to where morphing is extremely obvious knows what I mean.

I've had my friend turn into a lizard man looking being, then he changed into a joker, then into a monster-like man with a fat neck and his face was rippling and constantly changing.

LSD is cool, if you're tripped enough it gets to the point where you realize you are creating all of that. You can think "he looks like a balloon" and sure enough your friend suddenly takes on the aspect of a balloon for whatever that means in your mind at the time.

I stayed up for 3 days on speed (got spun one night, repeated about 24hrs later..wasnt straight speeding for 3 days) and started seeing people outside in the dark. LSD i just saw random blobs of color, things stretched nad i swear my eyes turned RED (normally theyre blue, iris-wise)

Merh. I stayed up for like 32 hours recently, took 2g of Mephedrone about 16-17 hours into it, and 5-6hours later, when it was dark, I saw some weird shit that should have been scary, but wasnt.

Like, I'd look out my window and my whole neighbourhood was orange. It usually is 'slightly' due to street lights but, it was a really hard, strong, deep orange. People in windows, pointing at me, waving at me etc. I wanted to see if they'd give a human like reaction so I stuck my finger up at them, and made angry faces.... and they'd scrunch there faces up, as if they was pissed off.

Also, one of the weirdest thing was probably the girl from the movie 'The Ring' about 20yards up the street. A few yards infront of her was a normal looking guy leaning against a lamppost, and everytime I looked at her, she'd slowly, like very slowly, walk towards him in a fucked up way (like she does in the movie). BUT, if I blinked, or looked away, or my eyes flickered like they do on Mephedrone, she'd 'reset' so to speak, and go back to her original place. It was like a challenge.

Alsoalso. Sombodies garden like morphed into an airport, and 5 guys were pulling one of the planes away from it, ever so slowly. Like, I can't explain it, t'was as if they was stealing it. And I can remember telling my friend on Facebook 'WTF, some guys are stealing a plane from my neighbours house!'.. he's anti-drugs, and was like 'i dont think its a plane :)', but I kept replying with 'it is, a little smaller than a normal one but it is, honest!'.

The reasons for my visuals is clearly just sleep deprivation though. When not tired, I've never experienced this.
