Id estimate that it was a 5 km return trip with two good hills. I rode this twice today on my new bike... Im so glad to have it its like 10 mins of pump and im somewhere untill the other week i couldnt even concieve of getting to... I really love my riding but also cant wait to get unswolen and outta pain so i can start on these weights. proud of my achievement even though i HAD to do it. I still did it%)
fluked upon a sweet half price deal for gym membership. first day back today, ah nice i missed that bad.
just did a quickie with my lats, back, chest, triceps and shoulders. i'll be sore, gotta work my way back. interestingly, my strength is still at where it was 5 months ago, even though i am currently MUCH smaller.

man I havent worked out in like a straight year. I used to be real into it too. but im not trying to pay for a gym and when im at home I just say fuck it and lay on the couch lol. Dips were my shit Id get the waist strap and put a 45lb weight on it those were tough. Also benching was fun most I ever did was my own body weight ten times (135lbs). Never really got into the max lifting felt too dangerous for me as I worked out alone with no spotter
I done 20 weighted squats as soon as I'd woken up and washed,
Full body isometrics throughout the day, with 40 mins yoga to finish my day off. Might do some dips an hour after dinner...see how many I can do to failure.
Testing out the swelling in the wrists as its gone down somewhat.
Got 40 daimond pressups done and 40 normal pushups, was mainly for shits and giggles only took a few mins and give legs a rest from the bike... which i hope to be back on later this afternoon.
Nice. I want to get 4 miles down to an hour (run/walk). I'm not a fast jog/runner, but I'm trying to improve, because that's when you really feel it in the booty. :D
