yesterday

4 supersets:
7 x dumb-bell curl
15 x overhead tricep press

4 supersets:
7 x preacher curl
15 x one-hand tricep press (each hand)

4 supersets, no rest:
"21" or slow/explosive curls
15 x overhead tricep press, fast

today
4 supersets, no rest:
250m row
10 burpees
200m sprint

60 seconds rest

4 supersets, no rest:
250m row
60 x misc. ab exercises (crunches, side crunches, toe-touches, etc.)
200m sprint

Wednesday: tabata session incl. burpees, pushups, squats, lunges, hill sprints
Yesterday: 4 mile run followed by 10 x 200m hill sprints
Today: not sure, but something will happen :)

10K trail marathon Sat am
I am thinking I should forgo my usually Friday night meal of 12" pizza and multiple beer
 
Yeah it'll feel a bit better on Saturday if you forego pizza and beer.
Hey, just swap Friday night's indulgence to Saturday night! Errbody wins :)
 
45 minutes weight training (biceps and back) been taking CELL MASS creatine and damn my arms are exploding:)

After that, 20 minutes eliptical (sp?) for cardio (burned 250 calories)
 
6.35 miles (a lil over 10K) trail race in 1:01 and change
Better than I have ever done but I wanted to complete it in 60 min. I was so close but I walked when I thought my lungs were going to give out.
 
Bicep curls, only have 1 dumbell, so use that and a 2 litre bottle of water.

Dumbell @ 12kg, did 10:10:10:10 with 2 minute breaks between.
Anyone ever seen a powerball?

woof. that's a brutal distance to race, especially over trails. congrats on the time (at least your 10k was under an hour).

am - 30 min swimming/deep-water sprint drills

pm - 6 mi trail run with some hill sprints thrown in

today

fucking and drinking all goddamn day.
 
^^kind of counterproductive (not the sex) huh? lol....

3 hour hike at walking pace...very steep inclines and declines....

feels good man:)
 
I came first out of 15 in women age 35-39 and 90th out of 185 runners.
I am pleased with that first try.
I have run that course maybe 6-7 times over the past 9 months.
