What did you do to get off your butt today? vs. "Butt's off the floor!"

Hiked approx 10 miles, hip is re-injured, skin is a bit sun burned. Other than that, feelin' mighty fine.

bench press

2 supersets:
7 x alternating hand dumb-bell press
7 x mantis push-up
7 x dumb-bell press
7 x push-up

15 minutes of core exercises
 
Really? I don't think so. That is not that fast.

I have a 10K trail marathon Saturday. My goal is to keep it under 1:10.
Shaving minutes is tough. I cannot run the whole thing without stopping.
 
last week or so: alternating days of weight training- shoulders chest tris, biceps and back, legs and core, and repeat....

today: 3 mile run in 35 minutes....fuck cardio hurts....so bad....but so good for you
 
50x 10 diamond pressups
50x Normal pushups
lifting pot 10 sets of 20.
on tha bike later. need cardop and endorphin fix and it gettin harder to chase.
