it was this really unusual aussie game show with the eccentricities of those crazy japanese shows (okay, it wasn't quite that ott, but you get the idea), and i used to really love it back in the day.

i wonder if i'd enjoy it as much if i saw it lately, but i thought it was the shit back then. anyone else remember it?

We had an idiotic American version of that show on Comedy Central.

As for my pick, I choose Rockshow. It was a late night (midnight) hard rock and heavy metal show, a bit like Headbanger's Ball, but more along the lines of the older version than the newer one on MTV today. They had Scott Ian from Anthrax hosting it for a while, and it had a ton of information about upcoming bands.

Of course, I also miss the MTV-X channel, which was brilliant.
