what bodybuilding supplements do you use?

if you're interested in getting all the edges you can, the learning curve to get there requires passing the point of learning trib is bunk. google it if you're interested cuz no way i'm going to prove it's useless anymore than i'm gonna try to prove caffeine is useful ;)

No, I believe you. I don't see why you would make it up. Half the stuff on the market to make you gain weight, or lose weight, or lift more, or run faster, or increase your penis by up to 4 inches is bunk. I have tried them all and not a bloody ounce of glory have I got from any of them. I was looking forward to being a fast runner too.

tribulus sucks, actually i did a scathing piece on the shit a while back (like a decade ago) that's probably still on bodybuilding.com somewhere, very very well edited and referenced. at this point in life i refuse to try to 'prove' something i consider beyond obvious ;p
(i also know from my early days in the industry, when i was dumb enough to munch down stuff i was unfamiliar with just cuz it was free. eventually, tribulus would go to the circular file if it wasn't safe to ebay it. it speaks very poorly of a supplement when i'd throw it away, and none of my staff would ask for it on its way out..)

Haha, I haven't. That was just my attempt at a joke. I haven't used weight loss or run fast supplements either really. Apart from Clenbuterol when I was cutting and doing cardio.

As for Trib. What about for old (about say 45) who don't have as much lead in their pencil anymore (this isn't me btw. I am 32 and fit as a fiddle). But and older bloke, don't you think buying some Trib might be a good way for him to naturally increase his a little bit just so he can take care of the old missus in bed a little better? You won't even give it that?
 
no i won't, it is trash dude i'm sorry. try horny goat weed (cannot confirm/deny it some positive anecdotals); arginine will help get the chubbies going; yohimbine definitely helps here if it's something you can tolerate well.

tribulus may as well say "for suckers" on the packaging.

Whey protein (post workout)
8g BCAA's (post workout)
multivitamin
fish oil
Magnesium/calcium/zinc supp
Caffeine (pre workout)
Kratom (pre workout)

+ a mostly healthy diet.
 
not meaning to hijack but if you were on gear, would you still use a prework out?
 
if pre-workouit is your thing, then yes. taking regular types of gear like test will ensure you're 24/7 more anabolic, this has little/no relevance or contraindication to pre-training stims like caffeine/yohimbine/etc (i also would not stop using creatine if/when i cycle next time ;] )
 
well its getting close to cutting time for me (2 1/2 months or so). gonna invest in some clen and use yohimbine hcl (no t3 as it could destroy a lot of my hardwork since I'm not "on"). time to start getting my diet planned, no more garbage foods and hellooo cyclic keto diet.
 
157 (before i was sick was about 162-165). gonna try to hit 170 by mid to late march which shouldn't be an issue. want to weigh around 160-165 in single digit bf.
 
to each their own aand all that, but based on those #'s and my recollection of your jpg's, cutting shouldn't even be in your vernacular IMO. good luck regardless tho :]
 
more or less "cut" is a bit extreme of a word to use. I guess trim is more fitting lol. just gotta get more aggressive with my diet and start biking again. my bf tends to stay in low double digits regardless of how I eat (I eat decent regardless as I don't eat any junk food, I caved and ate one small ice cream cone, first sweet in.... months I'd say) otherwise all I eat is real food and they're self prepared so its not shit fast food or contains the junk a lot of processed foods contain. macros are met, calories could be bumped a bit higher (could go up another couple hindered kcals). since this is my first year on really training AND dieting I just wanna see what my bodys capable of in terms of finding what works best for dieting and training. so far I like what ive found out :D thanks to SD and HL that is.

After using T3 on Tren, Test, and assorted orals I will never use it again. Why? Because it makes your muscles flat and deflated. You lose the roundness and fullness and you can forget about trying to get a pump going. Fuck T3.

For fat loss Clenbuterol and Yohimbe with a strict diet is what like. I always liked injectable Helios (40mcg of Clenbuterol per milliliter and 7.5mg of Yohimbe HCL per milliliter) but since I haven't been able to find it regular Clenbuterol and Yohimbe HCL taken orally works just as good. Combined you get a nice synergy. Add in 25mg-50mg of Diphenhydramine every night to help you sleep and reset you receptors and don't have to do 2 weeks on and two weeks off with the Clenbuterol. If Clenbuterol isn't you thing then an ECA stack works great as well.

Yes, you still can. If you want to save yourself some money and get better results, use an ECA stack as a preworkout.
 
or just an EC product- aspirin blunts prostaglandin production; accordingly, it blunts adaptation response to training/overload stimuli.
so I've heard. also this guy on BL did a thread about nsaids and training. he's a smart guy so I'm gonna go with what he said :P plus I seent his abs and as the great Borat from Kazakhstan once said "where is the pussy magnet?" well I think this dude ate it and it went straight to his abs :P
