Love Santana <3

but this evening I'm on an Ultimate Acid Odyssey

4 hour mix, sounds like vinyl, oldskool, only just started listening...bit glitchy, might be my laptop...

Old-School vibes in this Mix. Acid, Acidcore, Transcore, Techno, Ambient, Electro... for 4 hours travel. With Astrocat, Mike Dred, Edmx, Spiral Tribe, Cylob, Jeff Mills, X102, X103, Digital Express, Interactive, Hardcore Trax, Mandala, Okupe, Aphex Twin, IF, CJ Bolland, Josh Wink, Luke Vibert, Encephaloid Disturbance, Cygnus X and many other... And pieces from Drop Bass Network, Acid Fever, Dance Opera, Noom Records, Edge Records, Rephlex, Monkeytown, Bonzai Records, KK Records / Nova Zembla, Overdrive, Dancemania, Communique....

Fast as fuck, acid as fuck.

the records are scratchy as fuck, the levels are too high and distorted, but its a fucking feast of oldskool acid techno....

fucking downloadable too!

Oh good, I may download it then I can dip in and out at will without having to be connected to the internet to pick up where I left off. 540 MB if anyone was interested.

Animals As Leaders - An Infinite Regression (Swampdragon what do make of this?)

Sorry Pagey I am going to stop asking you silly questions. You like good music. That is obvious. <3

^Great track.

I know. I am still embarrassed about that. Forgive me. I don't get out much. ;)

Still no excuse.<3

Animals as Leaders - Do Not Go Gently

Animals As Leaders - Isolated Incidents

I'm really enjoying that album. Metal is broken but that 'aint bad. Swampdragon I would love to know what you make of them please.

Ah Pagey just seen your edit. I have heard a fair bit. Being a Led Zep fanboy 'an all. I'll get it on and let you know. Thanks. <3

Got it on now, that bloke could bend a string lol. Also didn't Plants hair look top at the start of that clip. Vosene? Head & Shoulders?

I don't think I have come across that before. It sounds familiar but not as a Zep tune. Not sure where, I may be imagining it tbh. No that's great Pagey weird seeing him with out a Les Paul. Damn he could play. Great stuff. Thanks for linking that, I really enjoyed it.

I'm glad you liked it! Well it's got some stuff in common with Black Mountain Side on I (I think? Is it II?) and I *think* Jimmy experimented with it during his Yardbirds days. Maybe that's why it sounds familiar? As far as I know that's it regarding that song though. But yeah, it's a really great piece. I wouldn't be surprised if it's mostly improvised, too.
That guitar seems to be his favorite when he goes into DADGAD tuning, he uses it for Kashmir a lot too IIRC.

And yes, Plant's hair looking fabulous as always =D

Ah yes the Danelectro. I used to get those mixed up with the old London maker Burns because of the scratch plate design. Which is odd because it's more like an SG than anything. Ha, never seen him use it for Kashmir. Maybe I was too fascinated by Robs locks to notice. =D

I only ever use two different tunings. Drop D and not drop D. Standard tuning. Lol.

Lol at 'not drop D'. Okay then =D

Yup, he uses it in the absolute best version of Kashmir anyway. But I can understand being too busy staring at Planty's hair, he is the Golden God after all ;)
Also in this.
I'm not sure whether I should be proud or embarrassed that I immediately know which guitar is used when...too much time spent watching the DVD I reckon.

I just use whatever tuning the tab requires haha. I suck at impro or at figuring stuff out on my own so I just follow the instructions.

Just listening to this at the moment:

Buckethead - Soothsayer

But I'll get those vids on when it's done. Almost there. I hope Robert Plant isn't exposing his chest. Not sure I could take that tbh. Phoar. etc. He was a beautiful man. I want to be him. Lol. Fuck it is early isn't it. What am I saying. Gulp.

Oh fucking hell I just put it on. Lol. Avert ones eyes.

Just put on Kashmir, Jesus Jimmy looks young.

Yeees a Buckethead fan! I just learned that piece a few days ago. Love it.
Buckethead - Jordan

Hahaha! Oh come on, everyone likes looking at Robert's chest. Whether they admit it or not. =D
I'll certainly second you on him being a beautiful man though. But not as beautiful as Jimmy. <3
(I think this time of night/morning is when all the interesting stuff comes out, don't you?)

Myeah, he looked pretty bad at that time though. Kinda sad how skinny he is.

Seriously?! I think Jimmy's aged much better than Robert. Silver fox and all that. I'm just particular in my tastes, I like black hair and the heroin chic and he certainly fit both. Well, you know I'm just obsessed with Jimmy, that's all there is to it really.
Am not answering that Mike Patton thing :D

Okay I'll stop going on about him now before I start sounding like a creepy psychopath lol
Hey You - Pink Floyd
