I'm glad you liked it! Well it's got some stuff in common with Black Mountain Side on I (I think? Is it II?) and I *think* Jimmy experimented with it during his Yardbirds days. Maybe that's why it sounds familiar? As far as I know that's it regarding that song though. But yeah, it's a really great piece. I wouldn't be surprised if it's mostly improvised, too.
That guitar seems to be his favorite when he goes into DADGAD tuning, he uses it for Kashmir a lot too IIRC.

And yes, Plant's hair looking fabulous as always

Ah yes the Danelectro. I used to get those mixed up with the old London maker Burns because of the scratch plate design. Which is odd because it's more like an SG than anything. Ha, never seen him use it for Kashmir. Maybe I was too fascinated by Robs locks to notice.

I only ever use two different tunings. Drop D and not drop D. Standard tuning. Lol.
