OK, this is a difficult thing to say and you'll see why when I say it. I've just been listening to the Black Eyed Peas.

BUT. NOT as they are now, as they once were, in 1998, ie a fucking good, conscious, upbeat rap outfit:

Frigging loved this in my late teens and early 20s- whole sections of it leap unbidden into my noggin when it's just idling. I can't believe that they've ended up where they've ended up.

I also like that Enter Shikari tune. Not only clever, relevant and funny. Decent tune to boot.

Right someone over in PD - Social told me earlier that the new Bonobo record has leaked all over the kitchen lino. Pffft release dates:

Like the kaleidoscope video. Unsure about the tune, maybe it's a grower. It's Bonobo so it must be good?

Still take the credit for it being a decent tune.

Yeah, I'd avoided them for years as I thought they were hippy prog rock, but they're actually pretty listenable. (It's possibly also that I'm turning into a hippy.. ponder.)
