it is good to not have to think too much about how to get food or if the person I have to be talking to is having my back or not so I am grateful for being able to have food and to be around someone who has my back. this will have me be able to use my time to think of things more then just these basics. I am grateful for the basics so I can move toward the specific non basics that I would like to pursue, like nature.

I'm grateful for my dogs, for the plants in my yard, for my colleagues who are all making a huge effort to improve communication issues, for my mom and her boyfriend who help with stuff I can't do alone. Also for my ex who is still a good friend to me, even if we don't see each other as often as we would like.
Also to live in a beautiful place were most people are still chill and friendly.

Nah, he gets fed excellent, expensive food. Unlike most cats, this one's getting actual meat.

The birds are just fun. I've watched him leap at a swallow that swooped over our balcony once. He almost got it, but so far he's had no success catching birds, just a great track record of catching and eating flies.

Wow, I really wish I had a cat that ate flies. I go grocery shopping and other stuff; I am careful but still always a fly( almost).
Then there is the mouse issue. I really might have to get a cat.
Do male or females make the best at catching flies and mice; if you know?
