What are you drinking ? - May contain traces of milk

Without (hopefully) sounding like a total w4nker, I recently went on a business trip to Japan and the company credit card was put to full use sampling cocktails in a couple of very nice bars. I have looked to keep consumption levels up since getting home.

Current favourites are:
Manhattan's - why do they always serve them in a girly cocktail glass with a cherry in bars?!
Gimlet - although the Roses cordial gets a bit acidic after a while
Cosmopolitan

Other recommendations gratefully received.

red cider. Westons Vintage, with a dash of Strawberry ribena, in a pint glass.

Some other ciders are acceptable. Blackcurrant ribena is also acceptable. But not a generic own-brand strawberry squash, and NEVER a low sugar dilutie juice.
 
Larger. Homebrew. It's amazing how much you can drink and get really drunk without waking up feeling like shit in the morning. What do they put in (specifically, UK licensed) beer?
 
whisky and diesel (lager and coke) i know i know , its what someone told me its called and tbh the taste isnt great but the booze will just last a bit longer and ive got no lemonade

ooh nice! i did my own a couple of times from one of those kits that cost about 8 quid to gte 40 pints from. the first time i tried though it was a lager brew and was really flat, i might get back into trying it again sometime soon.
 
lager and coke isn't a fucking drink. Really? Is it? Why the fuck would anyone do that?

red wine and coke is popular amongst Spanish yoot, the cheapest 30p a litre tetrapac wine needs coke to make it palatable.

cider and lager is snakebite.

cider and lager and black was diesel? Add a pernod to make it into a purple nasty.

its an acquired taste, but otherwise my lager will be gone before i know it. its the only think ive got to make it last longer aside from tap water. its not as bad as it sounds though.

So, purple makes it black? Are you colour blind? Is the reason you can't see the colour red because you're a communist?
