pernod, as I said above, a purple nasty is cider, lager, and black...a diesel in fact....with a pernod in it.

Purple Nasties were big in Coventry in '86.
 
Yeah, I remember pernod being mixed like that now. Pernod absolutely 100% guarantees puking and room spinners at the end of the night

AVOID

Room spinners are the work of the devil. LOATHE them. Haven't had one for about 8 yrs now thankfully
 
pernod just coming behind absinthe for my fave head fuck drinks. :) anyway on the way back ive bought some blackcurrant, and yes i know this aint again a good mix for lager but ima try it and plus vitamin c.
room spinners i can handle as long as i can get a cold floor and plenty of air. no guarantee of no puking but it helps. what doesnt help is people faffing around
 
before i seen the light, and started to take drugs Pernod was my drink of choice.

pernod n black then with lemmon then water then just with ice.

fuck me i had some bad times n hangovers on pernod, must be almost 15 years since ihad it.
 
I am very partial to cider but prefer mine with a bit of gas in it rather than the still stuff. Aspalls Premier Cru fucking rocks.

My father in law grew up on a farm in Devon. Apparently there was a major bout of illness amongst the local male population, serious vomitting and in a general bad way. The local quack spotted the link between all of the cases he was seeing. A guy in a neighbouring farm was knocking out scrumpy and had used lead to patch up the tank that the apples fermented in. Always makes me chuckle when he tells me that.

I've not had one since I was fourteen or so, fortunately and shockingly. Though I have also never had Pernod. And now I sort of want some.

Drinking a vodka and orange and then it's beddy byes.

Just as a pils should be, a textbook example, possibly my fave pils since Grambrinus

Pretty hard to find but cornershop had a bunch, will go back this week and clear them out of the rest.

When did I say that?

I might have once said that Scrumpy Jack was pretty well gay. Cos it is. It is to Scrumpy what Frosty Jack is to cider.
