some oxymorphone on top of the methadone would be great.

I'd love to try a small amount of ghb on top of the methadone (never had ghb)

Some type of opiate.... Too much alcohol last night now I have a massive hangover. I don't even know why I was drinking, blah.
 
craving some Diconal , Oxy, Valium and Methadone. Kinda jonesing for some clonazepam. Won't have to wait long for the Diconal and Oxynorm hopefully.
 
50mg of some addy's parachuted and then another 20mg up the nose whenever the oral dose starts to kick. a extra pack of cigs cuz i smoke tomuch on any amp, and some heavy indica mj mixed with a benzo for the comdown. Or maybe replace the rail 20mg with some cloud's of ice.
 
Craving some nice bud right now, any time soon I will need to start to chill my buzzin brain down.
 
Wish I had some fent right now. I'm on enough methadone to where fent probably would be the right choice to allow me to get a nice high on top of the methadone buzz.
