Hm. If I had to settle, a fat 300mg tram would be nice to kill some pain right now. Ideally, a couple roxis, oxymorphone, or some hydromorphone. I really could go for a nice bowl though.
 
Quality amphetamine, this batch is garbage compared to what my other dealer sells... Too bad he's not living close so I just travel there every once in a while to buy bigger amounts and I don't have the money for that now :(
 
Good quality heroin, that's why I'm craving since I quit opiates, methadone specifically..
I don't like when my cravings last that long. Sometimes I dream about it.
 
Diazepam sounds fkn delicious, Mas.. All I'd need would be 3.5g A1 opium, my day would be set.. If not that, I'll opt for a gram'o'kay for my meh nose.
 
Valium is ok. It lasts longer. Better when you combine it with methadone.
 
I'm down to my last dose of amp and I will probably use it tonight which means I need more. Well "need" as an extreme version of "want"
 
Any opiate that is a Full-Agonist...anything from high dose Hydrocodone up, would really like some Dillies, it's been so long. I'm in a noddy mood so Dillies or some Morphine 100's, or a combo of both, like 60mg of Morphine and 8mg of Dillie or something,lol. I just want a good opiate rush/high/buzz.

I know the feeling. Have quit methadone and this is always in my mind..
