This almost feels like taking a cheap shot at someone else's expense; but if you ignore where I got the link from in the first place, there really is an actual entry for water in the United States National Library of Medicine Hazardous Substances Data Bank. It's not even dated the fourth of January (which is when April Fools' Day is celebrated in the USA).
