I'd like to add that while watching/listening yesterday my BP went up to a ridiculously threatening rate, I started sweating profusely and may have had a panic attack. When I tried to sleep I couldn't as every time I closed my eyes Onions was out to the last ball.

This is undoubtedly proof that cricket should be banned.

You've gotta give it to Onions, it must be hard work fitting all that cricket practice in between filming shows

Actually it really isn't the cricket thread. ;)

But I think Daisy will get a fucken hat load, Broad will get that cunt Kallis out to no shot again (oh how we laughed :D) and KP will swashbuckle his way to a double tonne...or a double duck. :\
 
I totally agree he has a bad attitude, he thinks he is above the rest of the team. However, I would no way drop him yet.
 
Why wait - sooner the better so far as I can see- I think that such an attitude cannot be helpful to team morale _and there's much less talented players who are the real backbone of England cricket & have been for some time.
 
Personally I think that the time spent standing around waiting for a ball to possibly come your way for a catch outweighs the positive, but short period spent at the crease batting.

Not my kind of drug at all.
 
I'm not convinced his attitude is having a huge impact on the team, and I think he has still got the potential to be our leading run scorer. Players careers rollercoaster, and KP is not exactly soaring the skies at the moment, but I don't that proves he's done for.
 
^ Too true his attitude isn't having much of an impact but I sense he's not quite part of the team - he rolls out to bat with an arrogance born of former glories & contributes what? in the field?
