Those foot marks will come into play today. Big rough spots just short of a length and the extra bounce always makes it tempting for the spin bowlers. It was the reason North was thrown in just before stumps. Warne was the master of cleaning up at the Gabba but few spin bowlers can make the most of it. Although Swann got stitched up by Haddin and Hussey yesterday, they are both noted batsmen of spin. 4th innings on this pitch will be harder. England need at least 200 lead to put the pressure on the Aussies.

I have my moments but I can assure you I was sober as a Nun at my daughters birthday today. ;)

Warne took 11 wickets in a Test at the Gabba twice. No other tweaker really dominates there.

1/300, this series looks like a fucking cracker.

I caught some of the highlights and he did look pretty good when mopping up the tail. Fair play.

Strauss and Cook were superb last night, aided by some "ordinary" bowling (as Warney would say). Mitchell Johnson? What a joker! :)

Superb batting from Strauss, Cook and Trott, honestly thought we were gonna lose this one, still could of course but the draw is 1.05 on the odds now, so it looks like a draw fo'sure, funny as fuck watching Johnson spray it around like a madman shitting,, maybe it's the porno tash he's grown that is effecting him hah.

He is a brilliant player, and I love him to bits, but just not right now. Australia can't afford to carry players through an Ashes series, especially one that is looking as tight as this series is. On that note, one Mr M. North needs sacking also.

I'm not getting too cocky about or chances now they have called up Harris and Bollinger, i rate those two highly. :\

Yeh Harris is rubbish isn't he, only bowls over 90mph and can reverse swing it, on a flat deck that's what you need, and we all know adelaide is a road. :\

Don't get me wrong England are in good shape but the convicts will improve with those two in the side and Swann is losing his mojo fast, we need to not get carried away we only got a draw, a good draw but we were in the shit for the 1st 3 days.
