Vinyl dj'ing a dying art.

there's a breaks mix and a techno/breaks mix in there somewhere. I haven't recorded anything in ages though. methinks it might be about time

here ya go:

tech/breaks from burning man last year. easily the coolest place I have ever DJed.
Breaks. recorded at some super shady club in toronto. sorry about the shit recording quality. I have no idea how it was recorded. i'm stoked that it was though (all vinyl too, for the haters)

Nice man, grabbing them now.

**EDIT**

Listened to the first one, loving it. Reminds me of some early Adam Beyer, really like it's glitchy feel. I really got into it around Tadeo-Granada Granada. What's the track around the 54 minute mark?

Moving onto the breaks mix.

thanks dude. I actually hadn't listened to that mix in ages. fucking loving it. you couldn't have paid me a higher compliment than comparing it to beyer. he's been my favourite dj for many, many years.

track is Andrea Bertolini - Maze (Mono rmx). it's a good one, but it's about 5 minutes longer than it needs to be.

I love DJ'n with vinyl records. I have probably 400 records or so now, but I also use Serato. I have a Rane TTM57SL, so I can use vinyl and serato simultaneously and get the best of both worlds.
