Uppers and Downers, Up People and Down People

I'm schizophrenic - up,down, and a handful of other assorted people rolled into one.

I like uppers and psychedelics.
 
Definitely a 'downer' guy. Uppers were fun while they lasted, but I'm just not emotionally and physically built to handle to the comedowns, especially on a regular basis. They were fun for a while though.

Heres the skinny i think im a up person but with anxiety so i appear a down person. IF AMPHETAMINES METH ETC HAD NO COMEDOWN im pretty sure id be a person who liked uppers but the up on a good amphetamine session is like maybe the best day of my life but the crash without any aid oh man its easily like the most emotionally down mood ive ever experienced. with that said i looooove downers as well and generally prefer them cuz theres no fucking catch you are down and you stay down all feeling good then theres just either sleep or it wears off theres no retarded crash speaking from JUST effects i think im an up person that means no crash nothing just only good amphetamine high with no negatives. its very close though but just by a little bit final answer up person who prefers uppers.

B, because after a busy day of work/school i would like to hang out wit friends and chill out on downers. but on some weekends i would pick A. so i guess my answer would be AB. if thats possible
 
I'm a pretty relaxed person & like to stay that way. I hate that jittery, antsy, hot & sweaty feeling that speed used to give me...back in the day when we were doing anything & everything that came our way...circa early to mid-70s.
Now I'm no longer into my 'experimenting' days & know what I like & dislike. Give me a xanax or some klonopins anyday over meth or dexedrine...& of course, my all-time favorite for 38 yrs -- WEED!! =D
 
D. I basically don't like missing my sleep, except for maybe the occasional roll or all night trip. Anything that fucks my sleep schedule up is not for me. So I am naturally a very relaxed person and I keep it that way.
 
I don't know how to answer this either. Im bipolar so i can be very up or very down. The depressed periods tend to last longer though.

As for drugs it's downers all the way. Opiates and benzos. Although i do like psychedelics as well.
 
My anxiety is entirely draining. It's like I'm so anxious I don't wanna do anything but sit and stew. If I have an opiate, though, the anxiety backs down to the point where I feel comfortably interacting energetically with the world around me. I get the feeling that for anxious people, downers can be somewhat "un-paralyzing". In a way, a dose of meth large enough to get me to that mellow, happy place can be anxiety-relieving.

Choice E: I like both at once better than either alone.

I guess i'd generally be classified as an 'up' person (although massive history of depression up until a few years ago. Coincidentally, when i started doing pills. No pills anymore, bu the happy remains :D )

Uppers are my weakness, and what i tend to screw myself over on the most. But i hate anxiety, sleeplessness, and the drained/exhausted/dirty feeling that comes with it, so i do rather love downers. They seem to fuck you up so much LESS, and who really wants to be bouncing off the walls every evening?

Bottom line - ideally i like a well stocked supply cabinet ;) - downers for weeknights, uppers for weekends and the odd daytime - but WITH downers for emergency use later on!
 
Up person who loves downers. I love how they take away my anxiety and give me that feeling of peace and mental security that I never had. I started off with weed and then used stimulants for a while. After time I began to only seek out downers as those are the only kinds of drugs that give me pure pleasure... besides MDMA ;).
