Doing something twice a week isn't automatically going to be better than once weekly, it could actually be worse by not allowing proper recovery (which is basically just inefficient, but could always end up leading to overtraining). If you're doing deadlifts and squats as your two days though, and separate them properly, should be fine as long as you keep an eye on it. Luckily for you legs grow insanely fast compared to anything else for most people.

Every other day on the forearms, well, same basic idea as above. You need to recover from training to grow, if you just keep hitting it w/o letting it heal properly (bigger) you're wasting time at best, and slowing progress at worst.

I consider aas all the time!! Won't do a cycle again until I've been consistent for, I dunno, a year. I'm real bad when it comes to consistency, over years I'm very consistent, like I never have a huge period where I don't lift, but it's more like lift hard for 3 months, fuck up for 1 or 2, repeat, or some variation thereof (lol a tad inebriated right now ;) ).

Once I can trust I'll keep the gains from the cycle I'm looking to do another one, I'm unsure of the particular ester but just the longest lasting ester of test, real simple cycle, tamoxifen for both during and post cycle therapy/pct. Now that I've got a house and a gym, that may do a lot for the on/off lifting shit, but only time will tell on that.

I've done 2, maybe 3, cycles. The maybe is because of a winstrol cycle I did in high school that very well could have been fake, but I wouldn't have known and never will know lol (actually, does winny come in pills? If not, then I was just ripped off lol).

2nd cycle was durateston/sustanon250, I think that's what it was called, it was a mix of several test esters and was good, but I lost all my gains when I finished (ignorance about post cycle therapy and ignorance of cycles in general).

3rd was a prohormone cycle with those original halodrol-50's, the ones with a turanibol <sp?> analogue and dmt (dimethyl TEST, not the dmt everyone here loves ;) ). It was okay, I mean gains were good considering it was a 4 week cycle, but the sides were brutal. Started getting sensitive nipples like 5 days in and ended up just running tamoxifen through almost the whole cycle and, after having felt that nipple sensitivity, have no real interest in ever taking gear w/o being concurrently on tamoxifen!! Just the thought of even mild gyno makes me insanely uncomfortable, lucky tamoxifen is so friggin easy to acquire =D

<<oh and those pictures are of me NOT on a cycle. I'm mid 20's, the first one, if real, was in high school, sustanon was soph year in college, and the ph cycle with the halodrols was like a year and a half ago, it was a ~10lbs gain that I kept maybe 6-7 of iirc >>

I'm fairly confident that if I can keep up with the 5k cals/day I can hit 280 within a year completely natural. But I think I have really good genetics for lifting. I do a LOT of volume and frequency and still don't ever get to the point where I feel like I'm overtraining.

The one thing I'm realizing is that I was under eating the entire time. I was maybe hitting 3k cals/day on occasion when I should have been at 4-5k. I'm realizing just how much food 5k cals is and its a little insane.... 4lbs chicken breast and 5 cups of rice (before being cooked) is only like 4k cals or so..
re: needing them, that's all opinion!! Nobody 'needs' them, they just accelerate it y'know? I mean, you don't 'want' to use them, using them certainly would be more beneficial towards strength + size than not.

And about the food, it's fantastic you're changing that - isn't it so fucking crazy how much food really needs to get down!?! That's why I always push that fitday program onto people, so they can just use for a week or two, so they see what they're *really* eating. Most people are so surprised at how little they're eating, both calories and protein intake, relative to what they had just assumed they were getting. And when you spend so much time, energy, and effort in the gym, it's just asinine to not have the proper nutrition in place to actually reap the strength / size benefits you're training so hard for.
 
If I were to use AAS I'd probable do a Test E cycle for 14 weeks, something like 400-500mg a week. Cycle off for awhile, then repeat the cycle at a slightly higher dose. Do 3 cycles total then do a cycle with Test E + Winny.. Do this 3 times and then start with Test E, Winny, HGH, Insulin, and possibly IGF.

But none of that is likely to happen haha..

Really the only one's I'm interested in trying are Test E, Winny, and Anavar (too expensive). All the others have too high androgen level, are a combination of many compounds, or have nasty sides like Deca and Tren.

^^^Why not go for something like HGH or IGF1-LR3 (as HGH gets quite expensive), though they are certainly not without their own issues...
 
So what are your guys diets like? I'll post mine sometime tomorrow..but I pretty much eat the SAME thing day in and day out. Hence Fast progress
 
I eat every 2 hours on the dot 30-40 grams of protein per meal 6-8 times a day keep the fat moderate about 30 grams at the most a day and right now im dieting so my carbs are about the same as my protein if not lower some days under 100 and man does dieting make me grumpy haha
 
Last 17 months I've just ate whatever I've felt like eating.

Starting today I'm eating 4 lbs chicken breast/day + 2 lbs/rice + 1000 cals worth of whatever else I feel like eating. I'm bulking still.

Those seem like more advanced compounds.. as I said I would wait til like my 7th cycle to incorporate those into anythign I did.

I've never really wanted to use AAS though and so all that stuff I said is purely hypothetical.
 
wtf is right!! anyone around that could tell you if you're bringing the bar forward at all? That's really all that will do it for me, but then again I have to have it forward enough that I wouldn't even need to be told I was leaning..
 
truee that, i did a sick set of deadlifts & my inner thighs r soar along with the spinal erectors. Pretty good session, i followed with bent rows, wide grip behind the neck etc. A relentless bicep assault to finish off with preacher curls, and standing curls alternative reps

No idea. I didn't squat today so I could save myself for tomorrow's deadlift extravaganza. I've gone 2 weeks putting up the same numbers:

225x12
315x12
405x6
495x4

Trying to decide if I should have another week of reps like the above and go for 495 x5 or x6 or go for 555-565... hmmm

Ok so I really need to do this next rotation with NO lower back work - no squats, deadlifts, or SLDLs because mannnnnnnnnnnnn my lower back is gonna be sore as shit for the next 6 days. After that it should be on like donkey kong though and I'll do another day of reps and try for 495x6!

Do you do your deadlifts sumo style with reverse grip? Ever throw in the straight leg?

My back is killing me from deadlifting on sunday...killing me in a good way though..I LOVE deadlifts
 
Ya I mix it up with sumo and SLDL.. been doing too much too often the past month tho and I think a 8 day break will do me good.

495x5 went up easily. 545 even easier and 565 like it was nothing. I'll be hitting 600 soon no problem.
