I have naturally skinny legs but am starting to pack some serious mass on them....I do legs twice a week to compensate...When i began, squatting 135 was a chore, now 225 is becoming easier and easier....What I really want is a 6 pack and to work more on my forearms which I fool around with every other day or so.......
Any of you guys consider AAS? I want a few more years of traiing under my belt, but I'd like to try a Test Ent. ONLY cycle for 12 weeks when I'm older...
Doing something twice a week isn't automatically going to be better than once weekly, it could actually be worse by not allowing proper recovery (which is basically just inefficient, but could always end up leading to overtraining). If you're doing deadlifts and squats as your two days though, and separate them properly, should be fine as long as you keep an eye on it. Luckily for you legs grow insanely fast compared to anything else for most people.
Every other day on the forearms, well, same basic idea as above. You need to recover from training to grow, if you just keep hitting it w/o letting it heal properly (bigger) you're wasting time at best, and slowing progress at worst.
I consider aas all the time!! Won't do a cycle again until I've been consistent for, I dunno, a year. I'm real bad when it comes to consistency, over years I'm very consistent, like I never have a huge period where I don't lift, but it's more like lift hard for 3 months, fuck up for 1 or 2, repeat, or some variation thereof (lol a tad inebriated right now

Once I can trust I'll keep the gains from the cycle I'm looking to do another one, I'm unsure of the particular ester but just the longest lasting ester of test, real simple cycle, tamoxifen for both during and post cycle therapy/pct. Now that I've got a house and a gym, that may do a lot for the on/off lifting shit, but only time will tell on that.
I've done 2, maybe 3, cycles. The maybe is because of a winstrol cycle I did in high school that very well could have been fake, but I wouldn't have known and never will know lol (actually, does winny come in pills? If not, then I was just ripped off lol).
2nd cycle was durateston/sustanon250, I think that's what it was called, it was a mix of several test esters and was good, but I lost all my gains when I finished (ignorance about post cycle therapy and ignorance of cycles in general).
3rd was a prohormone cycle with those original halodrol-50's, the ones with a turanibol <sp?> analogue and dmt (dimethyl TEST, not the dmt everyone here loves


<<oh and those pictures are of me NOT on a cycle. I'm mid 20's, the first one, if real, was in high school, sustanon was soph year in college, and the ph cycle with the halodrols was like a year and a half ago, it was a ~10lbs gain that I kept maybe 6-7 of iirc >>
