yes, we must go on believing what her show represents is truth. How convenient she left out the part about being heckled and booed at the Orange Bowl.
Anyone who saw that performance knows what amount of talent she has.
I understand where you're coming from Deja, but don't be sore about folks who like to pick apart a music "idol" who deserves such scrutiny. She sucked on SNL. She sucked at the Orange Bowl. These are indisputable facts. You trying to tell us she had a "throat infection" because that's what she said on her TV show is just a tad bit hard to swallow. IF she had a problem, she could've postponed instead of making a complete tool out of herself. But I guess we're supposed to feel sorry for someone who's been hand-fed a rich career when she didn't earn her keep as a credible musician...if one could even call her that. Respect is the issue here...and I don't feel people should give her it. What has she done to deserve any?
She may be raking in dough, but I'm glad I haven't contributed to it.
And who's to say the voice you like hearing really comes out of her mouth? The marvels of sound engineering have plenty to say when it comes to average singers and their voices. What you may be enjoying is most likely not natural...but rather manufactured.
