Could the OP possibly have offended enough groups in one statement here or what?
It’s almost not even WHAT he said, more HOW he worded it, like it was tame enough you can see a point in what he’s said (so he can back out quietly if need be?)
We had a trans lady here who wanted to play womens football.
She felt the men’s team inappropriate for her and too rough (fair point too, they are thugs)
Only trouble with that idea is she’s a good 6’10, easily 5 foot wide and built like a tank.
The average woman on our team weighs 55kilo and is lucky to be 5’7.
It really did need to come down to safety and sadly the review board rejected her appeal and as far as I know she’s unable to play at all now.
Which is discrimination no matter which way you look at it really isn’t it?
Even though I do get WHY they said she can’t play in the women’s team.
Difficult issue, but I’m still crazy proud at how far we have come in such a short space of time with it.
Only 16 years ago my best friend couldn’t be her authentic self due to prejudice and only 10 years ago my baby cousin was beat to within an inch of his life (2 steel plates hold his brain in now) for being ‘openly gay’ (HIMSELF that is) on a train one Saturday night.
As for labels. Seriously. Do we have to?
I get so confused and I don’t want to say the wrong thing and there’s ‘asexual’ ‘pansexual’ ‘bisexual’ ‘transexual’ And I just can’t keep up
Anyone wanna do me a chart with each type so I can learn them all?
What is a female who is in a relationship with an open (born male) transvestite known as? Is there a name for that?
