I was forced to watch Countryfile at my mum and dad's last night. Bats, open cast coal mining, water voles and farmyard-animal beauty contests. I wanted to hang myself. Oh yeah, John Craven, he was the one that made me suicidal.

This was after watching some shitey programme with Fiona Bruce and a load of posh cunts stripping the paint off a Van Dyke and wanking at the potential profit. Depressive experiences are cumulative.
