I got a nice little cocktail going on. 30mg of Roxi + 40mg OC + 25mg of promethazine + 20 mg of cyclobenzaprine + 100mg Darvocet + 300mg of Neurontin + 25mg of Benadryl and to top it all off some white grapefruit juice which was definitely the topping on the cake. I'm nodding off pretty damn hard right now, I havent been this fucked up n a loooong time. The best part is i'm prescribed to all of this for my chronic neck pain. I don't usually take the promethazine on a regular basis unless im sick and today was my first day to try the grapefruit juice and let me tell you it's made all the difference. Like I said this is my daily regiment i just added the GFJ, promethazine, darvocet, and an extra cyclobenzaprine. I've never felt fucked up like this on my regular dose because my tolerance is so out the roof. Otherwise it would have taken me 2 more roxi's and 2 more oxys to feel close to this. Good info here in this thread! I read it start to finish and am pleased with the results yielded! Now hopefully I don't run out of my oxys and roxis before I go back to my surgeon cause I wont have to take as many.
 
I know this is somewhat of an old thread.........someone mentioned using black seed oil.......would black currant seed oil be the same thing that you get at a health food store?

they are different, look for black cumin seed oil or black seed oil or Nigella sativa oil.
 
I have a really high tolerance and am recently finding suboxone to be a potentiator vs blocker if it's a really low dose, like 1 or 2 mgs. If I take 2mgs when I start to feel sick wait for it to kick in and feel better then get high a few hours later I actually get higher than usual. It's a fine line though. If I take say 4mgs then it blocks for sure. Then no matter what dose I take I don't feel shit.

You're lucky... it doesn't work like that for me at 1mg.
 
does anyone know anything about potentiating tapentadol? (nucynta)
theres not enough info out on it yet to see how it is metabolized and what the metabolites are etc.
I have it scripted for a pinched nerve in my back. I get 90 100mg pills a month, along with 30 30mg cyclobenzaprine ER (for severe insomnia)

I find tapentadol to be really enjoyable, it has a great body high (especially when combined with the cyclobenzaprine)
 
dilly's roxy's and opana oh my

Two things, you are very lucky to get dilaudid 8's. First of hydromorphone is one of the best opiates to shoot. Incredibale rush. And 8 is a high dose. Also i lived in south florida for a while (boca raton) and the dope was shit. I had to go to Overtown miami and the herion was horrible. But I must say I found no shortage of Roxy 30's. I was getting them for 12 a piece (dont know if that is good or not). Im guessing there is so many pharms down there because of the large amount of Senior Citizens. I found magazines filled with pain clinics. Crazy!!! See I live in Pittsburgh where the heroin is AMAZING. 10$ a bag, $70 for 10. One bag is like 60 mgs of roxy. So I was highly dissapointed in so flo. But if you can get in a pain clinic try to get opana IR. This is oxymorphone, a drug that was in the 60's and 70's the bees knees until it became illegal because of od's and high dependancy (try watching drug store cowboy). They used to be called blueies but are now back in the form of opana ir and er. You dont want the er because you cant do much with them. They have some kind of er mechanism when you cant really break em down except with alcohol which burns the hell out of your veins.. The ir's however are fucking amazing when snorted. Enjoy, however I would not complain for getting hydromorphone 8s heh.. Most people would die for those. I had a big pack of them once for trading my addy 30 irs and was in heaven!!!! I dunno man in summary dilly's are better than roxy's and oxymorphones are better than them both. Have fun!! Just dont buy the heroin it is garbage. Maybe mix some DP with your pills ;)

Its scaring me to death that because of the DEA cracking down on south florida with the oxycodone 30's(or roxicodone) that I may become addicted to the shooting!!!! Even though its only when im in horrible pain that i do shoot( FOR NOW ) it really worries me! Is anyone out there going threw this? Or has anyone felt the roxicodone helped more than the dilaudid? And if so will I eventually just get used to the dilaudid and not have to abuse it to get relief? Any suggestions, word of wisdom, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Lyrica, Cyclizine, Pregabalin, Gabapentin

I disagreee about the cyclizine. And I have been reading alot about this lyrica shit.. IMO its not too much better than gabapentin. Which I have a shitload of.. I also have a shitload of baclofen which I have been afraid to dabble with because of the warnings of severe withdrawl. And Im not clear on exactly what it does. I have read that it is structurally similar to GHB and works quite the same as GBL.. Is this true?
