motorbike touring tip: rolling your clothes up tightly takes up less space than folding, and things don't even need ironing. so i'm told, i didn't have to myself.
That's not my bag! I'll take a photo tomorrow once I've packed it up.
I don't use an iron when at home ever. Clothes don't need to be ironed, only housewives do shit like that so I'll not be bothered and I will be rolling them up, yes.
Watching Long Way Round with Ewan McGregor and his mate Charlie. It's one thing to do a RTW trip on your bike, but to get hostile combat training, to take a doctor with you and a whole host of crew that look after you. Where's the adventure in that.
if they didn't have the support crew nearby, the whole trip would have ended prematurely and there wouldn't have been a series to watch. they probably spent about 90% of the time without them.
please don't get started on that or ismene will have a fucking field day in this great thread.
They should go from Greenland to Cape Horn in Argentina or from Alaska to Melbourne. The latter one a bit short, but I just want to see all the lovely asian girls
I think it is a repeat aye but I've never seen it.
There was a bit on the first episode when they went to Oz for a camping trip, they were near Cairns at the Daintree Rainforest as seen by some of my holiday snaps.
the LWR was a major inspiration for me to pass my bike test, as well as the type of bike i bought, and our going on bike trips over the past 2-3 years. i don't give a fuck what anyone says, that series had a major impact on my life for the better. end of.
