We think these are the best 10 places to snowboard in the USA.

also ive worked at june mountain. which is very nice and not packed at all.
 
^ so how can you possibly say that mammoth is better than tahoe if you've never experienced it?

better how? better why? because you read some magazine article?

Not that anybody said i did but I didn't say anything negative about mammoth.. I just think saying s resort is better than an entire state is not a sound way to reason. Also how a person rides and what they like to ride figures greatly into the question of whats the best place to ride. Also current conditions at a mountain, or what type a snow year a mountain is having can make all the difference. So i think where is the best place to snowboard is almost all subjective. Yeah there are certainly things you can look at like quality of terrain parks, how much traversing is required to get to the shit.. etc. but its all subjective. Also I have found that hitting a new resort or resorts for the season can make all the difference as I like new terian.

So because I love steeps and free sKing/riding the resorts I love to ski in north america would be Wistler, Jackson hole, Taos, Big sky, Crested butte, pluss snow bird alta, aspen highlands, T ride, east vail off vail, etc etc..


So I think arguing what is the best resort is kinda like arguing what woman looks the best... sure I like shorties, with freckles, a blend of light brunette, blond and red hair with hazel eyes of green and blue.. and fiery disposition but as heart of gold that has her riding gear and a worn copy of a niche with her Blue Light user name written on the inside cover in her rig at all times.. lol.. just because thats the woman for me doesn't mean that that I wont ever convince someone that its right for them.. right?

And above all Just go where the snow just fell for four days and all the back bowls will open up thirty minutes after it breaks Blue Bird=D

so mammoth is better because your friends said so? ok.

i've had awesome days at mammoth. i've had terrible days there.
i've had awesome days at kirkwood. i've had terrible days there.
i've had awesome days at heavenly. i've had terrible days there.

'better' is subjective and i don't think you can really speak to that with any degree of authority or believability, if you've not actually been there, done that.

I plan on boarding in all of these places before I die so ill give a detailed analysis in 20 years or so.
 
Booked my trip to Telluride last night. 11 days of pow shredding goodness await in early February!

Damn i am just about a jealous as a man can be.. have a great time.. I hope the snow gods make it dump every night and bluebird every day.. eleven days shit what are you a socialite, independently wealthy, royalty? lol... yeah have a great trip=D and get in as many days before you go as you can. Man ouray and T ride is a really really beautiful place!

My best friend from HS friend lives there with his dad who manages a big hotel/bar/resturant. Free place to stay, free food/booze/billiards and a free season pass when I go, all I need is a plane ticket.

I went last year too and had an absolute blast. Its a small town, and my friend kinda misses all his people from cali and his dad likes me so they told me to come out again and I was like NO PROBLEM GUYS IM THERE.

Nice, I was looking at gnu when I bought my board but I decided to save a little bit and go with capita. gnu is a great brand from what ive heard though.
