yes I went with those exact colors

the return policy on that site is fantastic, you can return anything no questions asked with free shipping. The boots are supposed to be super comfy, and I agonized for hours finding the best deals for what I needed. Im confident I will like everything, but if not then ill just return it.
 
Sounds like a good site. I'm fairly picky and its annoying when I go to buy new gear because of that. As long as the return is shipping is free they can compete with REI, Any Mountain, etc.

Ya, I may end up collecting a bunch of stickers and decorating it eventually, but it feels kinda like a new car right now :)

The boots feel great, toes are right at the edge of the toe so that it is tight, but still comfortable. The lining is very comfortable, and the fastening system is soooo much better than my old boots.

I ski'd until I was 13 or so because its what my parents did. Then I tried snowboarding and it was much more fun.

Your kind are unwelcome here until you quit being a pussy and learn to snowboard.
 
care, maybe we'll get to go ride this winter? my gf and i are trying to decide if we're going to get a tahoe local pass - i expect we will.

I would love to go to tahoe, but the expense is a bit much for me. The only reason I can go to Colorado is cause I get mad hookups from my freinds dad, other than that I stick to China Peak because it is much more affordable, and close to home so I dont have to spend on a place to stay and stuff. Keep me updated on your plans though, cause things may change. Ive only been to Tahoe once and i'd love to go again.
 
^ Ive only been there ins the summer. I actually live like 80 miles from Mammoth, but the mountain roads are closed int he winter so it turns into a 9 hour drive.

From what I've seen Mammoth is legit, but I would hesitate to say its any better than the top Colorado resorts. Colorado doesnt fuck around with its ski resorts.

I'd love to try boarding there someday though to judge for myself. Its such a beautiful area.

if we get something going, i can probably track down a discount ticket for you (50% or so). not great when lift tickets are > $90 but better than nothing.

where have you skied/ridden in tahoe and colorado? mammoth is a great mountain, for sure.
