It was seriously the most fun Ive had in years.

My buddys dad manages a hotel/resturant/bar, so he got me a free season pass, free place to stay, free food at the restaurant, and free drinks/pool at the bar the whole time I was there. All of it a 2 minute walk from the lift (not kidding). I would wake up and go boarding until about 3pm every day then come back, eat, and get wasted playing pool at the bar. THen chill, pop in a movie and do it all over again for 6 straight days.

My friends knew some people our age that lived there too so we went and partied with them in Durango the night before I left.

I also kept my car at a friends house in oakland 10 mins from the airport so I didnt have to pay airport parking fees. My friend in colorado came and picked me up/dropped me off in montrose too.

Total expenditure was probably 350 bucks (plane ticket, gas, some stupid souveiers for the fam, and tips for the waiters), if I hadnt gotten all these hookups it would have been thousands, easily.

Oh, and the 49ers won when I was there.

It was also my birthday on the 10th, so i come back home to a bunch of presents in the mail today.

I feel so spoiled.

Got a season pass to meadows (mt. Hood in oregon) been getting timberline and ski bowl season passes for the past 10 years but i decided to change it up this year and am happy i did. It just needs to fucking snow this season has sucked as far as snowpack goes we had like one big winter storm minus the inital snowpak. I havent been in over two weeks and am feening it like a crackhead in front of a fucking traphouse so i think this weekend will be board all day saturday and go up monday since there is no school just hope it isn't packed with a million kids lol

It is super short, its a 157 (im about 6'2) that ive had since I was 15, like I said I need a new board. I put my bindings foreward on it so my back is longer so that my edges grip better.

What is a jibber?

That sucks about the lack of snow, my area (central Cali) has gotten a lot this year.
