The Slightly Less Official Combo Thread

well... ummm... here's a few combos:

oral E tab(s) + E mixed with methcathinone intranasally + lots of methcathinone oral &\or intranasal + lots of weed\hash. heavenly combo.

500 mg oral diphenhydramine + moderate dose morphine related opiate + a not-so-hypnotic-but-strong benzo. add weed as needed.

moderate dose diazepam + high dose MDMA\twice more E than you take usually + lots of weed\hash.


that's what i can remember now that i really enjoyed.
 
I usually stick with the traditional L and E combo, it never fails to present an amazing night. Adding amphetamines into the mix at the beginning always adds a little more euphoria into the mix as well as keeping you up the entire time.

It may have been mentioned earlier in the thread, but what is the best way to hippie flip? I would be taking 4-5 grams of mushrooms and only 1, maybe 2 rolls of E. I rarely use E for the simple fact that it is too amazing so I have absolutely no tolerance and I have done mushrooms a good amount of times. Either of these drugs by themselves is a good dose for me, but together? I just don't know how to space out the two.

I just did this combo: 2 blotters of LSD, one in the morning and another one in the afternoon, 20mg of Diazepam IM after that, 1 10mg Zolpidem pill (just to test it), and 600mg Tramadol taken in a period of 12 hours (ingested 2 pills every 1 hour)

So far Diazepam seems to "win" the effects on my body overall, but the Tramadol and LSD are making the music sound amazing.
 
Hydromorphone + Benadryl

I have 4mg of hydromorphone I plan to insufflate and plenty of benadryl lying around. I know benadryl isn't usually a preferred high, but I was wondering if it may enhance the effects of the hydromorphone and/or if it's safe to combine. Also, if it's safe/an enhancer, what sort of benadryl dosage would be good/safe to add? Thanks in advance!
 
E, speed and K is a throbbing combination.
when ingested together, at the right times, the night will get a LOT whackier.
i trust many of you know what i am talking about.

Yeah, of course it will enhance the effects...if you wanna be a zombie. Dilaudid is pretty powerful at 2mg, depending on your tollerance and is VERY powerful on the respiratory system. Just my .02, take the hydromorphone and wait 45 to an hour, then if you feel you need to potentiate, take a normal dose of the benadryl...
 
The other night I watched someone take 200mg of morphine and 200mg of Oxycodone and alot of Apo-Oxazepam, Apo-Temazepam and more benzos I can't remember but there where about about 14 pills and I have no ideal how many mg he took. Should he have died?
 
100mg of Diphenhydramine + Alcohol

And your standerd 20mg 2c-B w/ MDMA is always good
 
Dishe ... your rite.. the guy had a prety good tollerance I watched him take 8 80mg pills of mscontin, i wasen`t to worried because it was him, and I new he could take it.. he dident seem to good and I was getting his room organised with his mom and i diden`t want him to act all junked out with his mom they would have never finnished arguing so I told him to go to bed.. so he did .. I woke him up every hour to c if he was alright... besides that he slept for about 18 hours ... and woke up ssoooooo sick .. :(
 
Im not sure the exact amount or dosage but i kno alot of ppl are usin dope laced weed and gettin a major kick out of it
 
I have read that taking Oxy and Diazepam is a dangerous combo and being as unlucky as I am, I don't want to risk it. Does anyone know how long to wait after taking Diazepam that it would be safe to use the Oxy?
 
^ That's true, diazepam and oxycodone are both metabolized by the CYP450 enzyme system in the liver, which could lead to serious adverse reactions. I'm not sure how long you should wait before it would be safe to dose, but the half life of diazepam and it's active metabolites is pretty long (about 2-5 days I think)
 
Wow! So I would have to wait about 5 or 6 days before using Oxy? What about the other way around, using Diazepam after Oxy?
 
Well you probably don't have to wait that long, half life is the duration how long it takes to metabolize about 50% of the substance, and that 5 days is the high end, probably will be much less if the dose isn't too high. Perhaps someone who knows the definate answer could chime in.

As for the other way around, well oxycodone's half-life is listed at around 3-5h, but it is metabolized into oxymorphone which is also active and lasts for a few hours, but I'm uncertain whether it is metabolized by the same enzyme system or not. It would definately be safer this way around I would think.

If you're planning on dosing on separate days, my guess is you'll be fine either way though.
 
Okay thanks for answering. I wouldn't do both on the same day, but I am very drug sensitive and have read horrible things about this combination.
